    Thanks for the video and tips, we are also flying with a 10 month old fist time on lap. I am concerned about the car seat . We do need car seat in order to get to the airport and then also use it after we get to our destination. I know the airline will take the stroller right at the entrance of aircraft but don't know what to do with the car seat because if its sitting on the stroller then you can not fold anything. If we remove it then we cannot take it into the cabin since we are carrying baby on lap. huh so confusing and stressful.

    • @zuziberi
      @zuziberi  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey M Khattak, check with the airline if you can take some baby item for free. Some airline have got this option, we could take three items for free flying with virgin. Safe flights!

    • @mkhattak2925
      @mkhattak2925 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@anumgilani9364 Hi anum . So I purchased a universal baby car seat bag and thought I ll send it in checked baggage since we were allowed 5 checked bags. You really don't have to do this . At JFK when you are checking in at the counter you can let them know you have a car seat and they will put it in a plastic bag and load it on a cart with car seats which you would get at the gate once you land in istanbul. OR you can take the car seat with the stroller to the gate and they will put it in a plastic bag and take it from there which again you ll get at the gate when you land. When you land do not leave from the gate the door of the aircraft. They ll bring the stroller and the car seat there. This is the same every where . In istanbul take the car seat and the stroller to the gate and they ll take it from there. So either way you can ask at the check in counter or drop it off at the gate. This is my personal experience. Hope it helps, all the best.

      I never tried them but the sucking of a milk-bottle is working miracles. The noise isn't an issue it's the pressure in the cabin.

    Hi, i have few questions:
    1. What was the airline you were traveling with,
    2. Why was the seat between you and husband empty, did you buy extra seat or did you ask on airport for that space?
    3. Where did you put the stroller and did you have to pay extra for it?
    Thank you in advance for your reply. :)

    • @zuziberi
      @zuziberi  2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Hi Nina, thanks for these good questions! :)
      1. We travelled with Virgin
      2. I didn't pay for an extra seat, the gentleman who was sitting next to us just gave us his seat and sat somewhere else.
      3. We gave it up at the gate, when travelling with virgin you can take three baby items for free. For us it was the stroller, car seat and porta-cot.
      I hope this helps!
