    I have been having a really challenging month and a half. I really loved this practice on a day where I really didn’t feel enough care for myself, when I woke up. I told myself maybe I would feel differently at the end of my practice. I am grateful I came to the mat even if the rest of the day is hard.

    are you able to do a yin yoga for the sacral and maybe the rest of the chakras? this is amazing, great and unique like the rest!

      Yes, Sacral Yin is coming this month & I will work on the others in the upcoming months (my dilemma is remembering to do them 😅)

    I love your videos I have been doing your practices frequently. I often forget to comment after practices, especially yin ones since I do them in bed before sleep but I wanted to comment beforehand

    Want to work more on my root chakra with practices like these but I do good with them but then I feel a lil back ache periodically so am I ovwrstretching or the practice is too much for me? These practices calms me love them but sometimes my low back may feel lil achy.

      Yes if it starts to feel painful, ease up, come out of the posture & take a rest.
