Before anyone comments - yes there was a lot going on in team-wide strategy that impacted the outcome of the match, but I decide to focus this video on my squad’s tactical experience to limit the scope of the video. I’ll be doing more videos that look at map-wide strategy and how that relates to my gameplay in the future. In the meantime, tell me how you felt about my commentary - or narration as it was in some parts - what worked and what didn’t work for you?
Narration is great, captions too. Felt like a test/teaser to possible squad leading with more “tactics” if that’s even possible in squad. Don’t think it’s possible to get everyone on board with a culture and the discipline, unless it’s a clan/org type of crew.
Getting the play-by-play was a great experience, really helped illuminate what was going on like your other gameplay videos did with the subtitles, but using voiceover you are able to provide more in-depth context. I highly approve, I like this format.
Finally got a chance to finish watching this. Yes, that was an excellent assault on that position ... love to see it. 20/13 with 13 revives is a good positive outcome for a squad so on the move. Those 5FC guys were a tight bunch, and Darkfire is an excellent SL. I really like this kind of Squad content. Thanks, Dance.
While 1 squad texbook assaults are cool Invasion 24/7 servers pull off some insane assaults. Surround the point to cut off logistics and back up spawns then slowly make the perimeter smaller over time by creeping rallies closer. 100 players fighting in the same grid is chaos RAAS cant replicate.
It really is 1/100 experience. Basically half the squad needs to be up for it to work. Divide fireteams in 4 like this SL did, make sure FTLs know what they are doing and hope the rest are following. No bs ftl swapping for markers and range, map and simple math + comms can get stuff done.
What was the point of the base of fire it when u were assaulting the enemy was ready and unsuppressed? Where was the textbook atack? There were no enemies capable of engaging you up until the point u where in the radio building and u lost the whole assault the only reason your squad cleared that building is because it wasn't important anymore and the enemy had minimal presence there . And even so you lost more than 6 people against 1-2 enemies. I dont see any textbook attack just a waste of bullets from charlie, a way too early dismount from your sl and a loss of 20 tickets because bravo moved too slowly
The short answer is we bungled the assault. When approaching I’m not sure if you saw but you can see the enemies through the windows. We can’t know for sure but the base of fire likely made it possible for us to make our approach unhindered/detected. Once the assault element is in place then it’s a battle handover away from the base of fire to the assault element. We should have stacked and pushed to clear the building together or set up our own suppression or something. Instead we kind of peeked and died piecemeal. We could’ve also thrown a grenade. Nonetheless things go wrong in combat, so Charlie’s follow up assault (also part of the “textbook” formula) was able to clear it. We were dealing with 3-4 guys in the building, which is still less than us, but a typical number for a squad assault to be expected to defeat.

wake up babe, new "infantry tactics applied to squad in an effort to foster more teamwork within the community" video dropped
I love that in this game you can have defeats that are more enjoyable than victories. Some real nice coms and teamwork right there.
For sure!
0:17 haven't been rickrolled in a while. I'm not even mad I'm getting nostalgic.
Hey, those 5FC guys look familiar. ;) Great video man! I'm glad we could give you a fun round. Hop in with us anytime!

Great video man 👍🏻 thanks
Amazing content, hoping to run into you guys in the server!
Its incredibly fun when you pull it off. Even if you end up losing the game.
5FC for the win ;) glad u had a fun time
The Start of that video was you killing me 2 times in a row as Marines
LOL it’s always a pleasure to play on the same team but also funny how we ran into each other on opposing sides.
Love the content dance, great info for new and old players
Thank you!
Loving these videos, wish I could play too.
This video should be used by Outworld's marketing team. Holy crap.
superb
Im from Brazil and i luv ur content bro'
Gimme moooooooore haha
Hell yeah bro - I’ll keep making videos but taking a short break atm!
Tbh nice format. Do more
The part where you lined up your LAT only to be shot at by the LAV was pretty cinematic. You would have had him with another second or so.
“I had a lot of fun this round” something I’ve never said when playing squad. (Wish I could)
Have you tried Arma reforger yet, if not I have been enjoying it a lot more than squad recently
Was looking into picking it up next summer sale
@@HaebyungDance hell yeah
Been popping on your server for a long while and can't seem to run into you. :)
Dude! I’ve just been busy lately. If it comes down to it join the 7th Ranger discord and you’ll see me in the VCs whenever I’m on
thats my 5FC!!!!! fuck yah
As always amazing content, greetings from Ukraine.
Thank you. Much love!
Wish I could have that teamwork experience. Its weird how frequently players that play this game run around like monkeys with earplugs.

Play in the 7th Rangers pub server and join a squad with 7th members, you'll get the experience you're looking for.
We have great squads put together in pub servers all the time.
”a squad work together”! I must be playing another game. Squad is mostly CoD nowadays.
Just need to find the right community man!
@@HaebyungDance Where do I find these wonderous people? 😊
The clan I’m part of is the 7th - you can come check us out discord.gg/7thrangers
@@HaebyungDance Thanks, I will!

First indeed!

Bless this guy and bless what he is doing. There are so many new players and it's great that someone is teaching them the basics! Keep at it 🦾
