Recently he made a tribal statement where he said "Basoga" are leaving the passport office in Jinja and coming to kampala. Now the qn is: Are all people staying in Busoga basoga? Ekilara did they pass the information to those pipo people via TVs and Radios that a new passport office had been set there?
