Getting kei enthusiasts to participate for part of a trip is a great idea. I'm a few miles from I-75 in central Kentucky. I wouldn't drive all the way to Miami but let me know in advance and I'd meet you on the interstate and drive with your Kei Is The Way rally for a while. Maybe a fuel stop at Buc-ee's near Richmond KY.
