Look into Honda shin etsu grease for the squeaky seals. It also helps with keeping them moisturized and prolongs the life. I use it on my mr2 it actually helped with rain getting inside too.

Mickey Andrade - You can try Aerospace 303 to lubricate and restore the rubber/plastic pieces. While many detailing supply makers make alcohol based rubber dress up products for rubber and plastic pieces, Aerospace 303 is the only product that I know of that can truly restore aged rubber and brittle plastic. Use a foam brush to saturate Aerospace 303 on the rubber you want to lubricate and then wrap them in saran wrap. Let the rubber absorb the 303 for as long as possible. Repeat this process after 24hrs if you can. The longer the rubber gets to soak up Aerospace 303, the better. It does not harm the rubber. The hardened rubber will be permanently restored. High end detailers who detail exotic cars do not use dress up products; they use Aerospace 303 because the key is to make them last as long as possible, not make them look shiny.

    AWESOME Upgrade!
Also note, the RHD headlight setup is angled to not blind the oncoming traffic to your right... SO on US roads, you would get very little to NO illumination that way. All the while, dazzling the oncoming traffic to the left. With the projectors, you'll get SOOO MUCH better focusing of light and it can be tuneable to LHD road use.

Always use a silcone spray to clean and lubricate any rubber on things like door/trunk/sunroof/etc gaskets. I don't know if will help with sounds, but that is was is called of on those rubber materials.

I love the Cappuccino content, but actually what I love is that this one will be modified in YOUR style. I find that your aesthetic and performance taste matches mine. There's a nod to making the car unique, but a lot of respect for the OEM look intended by the original designers. Striking that balance often produces a very individual example of the car, while still honoring the spirit Suzuki had in mind.

14:19 To silence those squeaks spray a bit of silicone (the spray can type) onto a rag and wipe it on the squeaky rubber. Works great on exceptionally squeaky motorcycle boots, should work fine for your squeaking rubber seals.

Micky I know this is a weird comparison but I bought a pair of Nike shoes for the gym. The sole looked like little shock absorbers. Problem was they squeaked so bad I couldn’t wear them in public bc I thought people would stare at me. Yeah it was bad, lol. I read online somewhere to spray these shoe soles with a lubricant that had ptfe. What I found was from liquid wrench. It was a orange label can and it was a dry hinge lube. I tried it and it worked. At first it had a smell but it went away. Maybe that will help with your squeaky top.

Mickey, meguiars vinyl and rubber conditioner in the brown bottle. Use that on the rubber and should quiet the squeaks. Will take a few applications. More than likely 3-4. Make sure and leave it milky and use a low heat on a heat gun. For safety use the Milwaukee m18 heat gun. Super safe and easy to not make mistakes. Love the cappuccino content. Still jealous.
