I wouldn't say it's beyond fixing. The frame may have some terrible rust holes in it and whatnot, but it's in one piece and the car runs. Can definitely be fixed and you could have a good Cappuccino considering the price you paid. But at the same time, you gotta ask yourself if you really need/want a second Cappuccino. It's a lot of work and it seems easier to just sell it.
Cool radio too. For the Cappuccino I'm importing I wasn't sure if any old radio would work, whether radio sizes are standardized and whether or not this would be an exception. I didn't really know anything about that. 😅 So this was helpful and I might get the same one, thanks. Also yeah that looks like Android 4.0 or some version around there.
Yeah fixing at this point is 100% out of the question and im loving the capp!
I replaced the am radio and single 4x6 speaker in my Carry with the literal cheapest Bluetooth single din and the cheapest 4x6 on eBay. $35 and it sounds great. I'm simple and like my eardrums.

It's a shame that frame rust is what ultimately kills so many cool old cars. It's like car cancer. I hate it. I'm not driving my Hijet this week because the roads are salted and I hadn't gotten around to spraying the box frame (inside and out) with Surface Shield to protect it from corrosion.

Man that red cap is sexy. The black one is not worth saving. Just strip everything off it that's usable for when you might need it. Pull the motor and Trans and do a full rebuild and hop it up and when it's done swap it in the red one.

would love to pull the motor and trans out the blue rusty and build an old school rail job with a wheelbarrow tub for a seat and a 50 gallon drum cut up for the body.
Mad respect for working in 18 degree F weather. It's 4 degrees here and there is no way I'm installing a car stereo. That single DIN looks pretty good in that tight space. I have a double DIN ATOTO still in the box. It's been like that for months. It'll be outdated by the time I get it installed.
Please don't make a Cauppinno trailer. It may have a turbo, but the little Cappuccino would struggle to tow half a Cappuccino. It's not a good candidate for a tow vehicle.
I think im just going to sell the blue cappuccino, the money would help on the honda Z build

Doesn't matter the age of any Suzuki they all are horrendous for rusting. About 5 years ago an 09 Suzuki swift sport i had started rusting and as the cars sold brand new in Europe have so called rust proventative well its crap. Loads of Jimnys are constantly been scrapped or welded and thats at 10-12 years old forgetting the very oldest which here are a 2002 .

i just bought this t10 car wireless mp3 plugs into the cigg lighter has a usb also on it. so easy you just tune your radio to fm station here thats 88.5 family radio. then pair the mp3 and boom your radio works off your phones spotify app. all i need now is new speakers cause they aint cutting it.
Thats what I do in all my keis if I don't swap the Japanese radio, the radio in this one had to go tho it was junk
just turn it into a gokart
its too rusty to do anything to keep it driving
Don't forget to change the android logo to a Japanese gps screenshot. Just remember the radio is android, touch and hold to access aome menu items.

@Waybeforethefame I had used a radio like that one in my de51v but it was to low to see anything. There is boot logo change info on a quick TH-cam search that will help with what you need. Usually the password is 12345 or 67890 for advanced settings in the menu section.
