I am about to buy it, but will it last for the coming 5 years (I mean as a build quality!)? and will I be able to do DJ somewhat professionally on it? I am a Beginner!! Thanks for the review
Is this controller well-built? I’m between this and the DDJ 400. The Hercules weighs 1kg, the 400 is 2.1kg and they has almost the same size. The Hercules has 4VU meter, energy browse knob and separated FX section. And I love DJUCED interface
Tbh ,if you are a beginner then is Hercules would be a great choice to learn with, but if you are someone who has done a bit of djing, then go for pioneer that comes with rekordbox software, as it will be cheaper then getting one that you will have to upgrade to serato pro.unless intro is fine for you.
Great review man! I just got mine and was wondering if when having headphones on, should the master sound come through them, when the master is switched off as that's what happens with mine? Also, when I have my volume all the way down on both channels and have the headphone cue'd, it still plays through the speakers and is so annoying
I think it's a great idea that Hercules decided to add visual beat-matching or so. I am visually impaired challenged ,and the are times where I really need to use my vision to look at the computer screen when big matching. However, I do have the ability of doing beat matching seldom because I could do it by hearing us well. Although, I noticed that sometimes it is necessary to look at the screen to do some beat matching here and there depending on a genre music of course. So with that said, I strongly give It Up to Hercules or integrating these new features on to this controller. I think the other companies should go ahead and integrate that ability and not way people don't have to stare at the screen too much since it does damage our eyes as we all know it because of the blue light behind the screen in general.👍🏼👍🏼💯
