YES!!!! Simmons Beauty Rest mattresses don’t mess around! I currently have a Sealy mattress, and I absolutely hate it. Haven’t even had it 5 hrs and it’s already caving in. Now keep in mind I probably bought the cheapest basic mattress you could buy that was plush but I’m waking up with backaches and pain from it. My parents had a condo in Branson Missouri that had a Simmons Beautyrest platinum, plush mattress and it was the most comfortable mattress I had ever slept on. It was so comfortable that we wanted to buy it from them when they sold their condo even though it was used but they wouldn’t sell it and are now using it in their main bedroom at their home. So now we’re having to spend more money on a mattress, but this time we’re going to get it right and go with a Simmons beauty rest mattress, as I need my beauty rest and I feel like you can’t go wrong with them. Was looking to buy an online mattress and even thought about buying a sleepnumber bed but have heard of some nightmare experiences so I think I’m just going to stick with beauty rest. Thank you for your review.❤
The beauty rest pillows are amazing too. We have a sleep number and it’s held up very well. I like how I can change the settings on them, but the air pressure can change with the climate, so you have to remember to adjust them or you could wake up with a back ache. I wish they had a feature on the pump that automatically kept it at a certain number. They may have that now, because we bought ours back in 2008-ish.
@@DadReviews That’s cool, I’m always on the lookout for a good pillow. We had stayed in a hotel awhile back and now I can’t remember where but the pillows they had were the best pillows I had ever slept on. They were fluffy and your head would sink into it but not to where you touched the bed then when you came off the pillow it would go back to its perfect shape. I tried looking for the name brand , which I can no longer remember, to find the co to buy some and even went on the hotels website to find them but couldn’t find them on there either. In hindsight I wish I would have just taken them and told them to bill me cs they were that nice. To this day I wish I could find that pillow as nothing has compared to it yet. My house is filled with pillows I dislike lol! I will have to check out Beauty Rests’. Good to know on the sleep number beds. I’m just having a hard time pulling the trigger on something that costs as much as they do and the fact that they might not back their warranty….makes me a lil leery and nervous 😬.
@@seascape0881 You should try calling the hotel. I bet the receptionist would give you the name of the pillow. Some hotels even sell their pillows and blankets online, so you might be able to get one that way. In regards to the price of the sleep number bed: the way I justified it is knowing that you spend 1/3 of your life asleep, you might as well by quality so that the time that you spend awake is restful. Another way I look at it is humans spend way less time in their cars, but we still pay 10's of thousands of dollars for those. Hope that helps your decision. I don't know much about their warranty though. Can't help you there.
True! Most mattresses feel like crap to me, because they don't support the hips and lower back enough, in my opinion. Beauty rest has become my favorite brand because they seem to support my hips so well. They just feel different.
