This is a wonderful start in the morning. Its fits me much better than standard Hatha Yoga. Thank you.

That was a really good session I had just now! I've been having a really rough month and this helped me start my morning on decent footing. I really liked the long time we spent in child's pose in the beginning as well as the intention setting and "I am" affirmation. For today, my intention is to survive, and my affirmation is "I am strong and resilient". The session also helped with my stress-induced acid reflux. Many thanks, Hanna, and I look forward to trying this out for the remaining mornings of my week. :)

Just as good after multiple times. I'm really liking the affirmation "I am creating safety in my body" from one of your other videos. So helpful!! Thank you, big love.

I really appreciate your gentle guidance for allowing and encouraging individual body awareness and personal choice for slowly breathing into and creating movements inviting safety, releasing tension, and loving ourselves. Please share an alternative to child pose due to my knee issues. Thank you!

Hey, I'm asking because your comment was 3 months ago but how much do you think it's benefitted you in that time? I've only been doing it for a week or two but I'm feeling optimistic that it can have a very big effect on me.

Thank you so much for this practice. I've been trying yoga for years but I have never felt so much control of my own body after only two practices with you. You really changed how I perceive yoga and my body! Thank you.
