Seems to me that the stiff lower back comes more from walking the 5 miles or so around the course rather than swinging the club . I never have any stiffness on the very few occasions I take a buggy !
i get so sick of these cookie cutter back problem videos, get more flexible blah blah gain strength the core blah blah, stretch hips blah blah. I am a healthy fit adult but my back still hurts, its not flexibility, its not core strength, its something in my technique. My hips are pushing up and my top is crunching down, how do i solve that?
