I may not be correct with my interpretation of what Tyler said, but here is what I think his theory was: With all of the mind feckery that went on during the Big Shell Incident, Raiden (after defeating Solidus) did not know what was real or not. When Raiden asked himself "who am I really?" Solid Snake turns up and tells Raiden about life and understanding who he is and the experiences that mold a person's personality. Until I read Tyler's comment I always thought Solid Snake was really there with Raiden at the end outside Federal Hall. However now I'm beginning to think that it was all in Raidens mind, including possibly meeting with Rose. The main reason I think this theory could be true is that Snake jumped off Arsenal Gear pursuing Liquid Ocelot. Snake manages to place a tracker on the manned Metal Gear Ray. I don't think Snake would have the time to chase Liquid and then go back to meet with Raiden. I could be reading too much into this. However Kojima is a storytelling genius (in my opinion), and he likely would have taken into account how Snake could have met with Raiden if he was busy chasing Metal Gear Ray. Kojima could have intentionally left the ending leaving the player with incomplete facts and left it up to the player to come to their own conclusion. Who knows lol. Happy New Year!

I know these are jokes and all but Snake always gave good advice to Raiden. At the end of mgs2, Raiden was lost and demoralised and there was Snake who came and helped him with good advice. Honestly, if it wasn't for Solid Snake, Raiden might have turned up like Solidus or Big Boss. Or drowned in his own misery.
Sincerely, you have got the best impression of MGS2 and MGR:R Raiden I've ever heard, and your Solid Snake impression is pretty fucking great too. To give a little bit of honest criticism, sometimes the Raiden voice comes through a little too much during the Snake voice, but it's something I had to pay kinda close attention to even notice in the first place anyway. Sincerely, you have got the best impression of MGS2 and MGR:R Raiden I've ever heard, and your Solid Snake impression is pretty fucking great too. To give a little bit of honest criticism, sometimes the Raiden voice comes through a little too much during the Snake voice, but it's something I had to pay kinda close attention to even notice in the first place anyway. I love that fucking Raiden voice though.
