- Shattered and divided the imperium of man clings to life.
Beset on all sides by heretics and traitors humanities finest make a desperate gambit to cut through the eye of terror. To bring hope to darkened worlds and salvation to crumbling fortresses.
The triumvirate of Robute Guilliman, Grand Master Voldus and Celestine the living saint lead this charge. Cutting down whatever hideous warp spawn entities stand in their way!
However this beacon of hope, this light in the darkness, has called forth beasts and monsters of unparalleled power.
Kairos fateweaver, the Lord of change and master to a grand daemonic host, fancies the challenge of playing with this triumvirate. Twisting their strings of fate from glorious melody into cacaphonic chaos . Bringing forth daemons from all 4 of the dark gods, the forces of this insidious host intend to crush these humans like insects.
Trapped and surrounded the forces of the imperium stand ready to slay whatever nightmares the warp will bring forth and whilst their chances seem bleak, the warp also echoes with whispers of salvation through the most unlikely of alliances…

I recommend on demand, I recently resubbed to it now that I'm getting back into 40k. These folks put out awesome videos that I like to watch while painting.
I'm glad 10th edition made Undivided Daemon armies more useable. There's something so aesthetically pleasing about all four god's servants fighting together, with the wild variety of colors and themes all going on at once, good stuff.

Amazing I love it!! I highly recommend on demand too, I have been a subscriber for years now and you get amazing content daily, and there is a catalog of other amazing battle reports. Jaw dropping miniature armies of every faction, I was awe struck at the Wood elves vs. Tomb kings old world bat rep on Friday the Wood elves army is so magnificent and beautifully created, breath taking. Not to mention the awesome DnD campaign every Wednesday, possibly one of the best DnD shows on the internet! If that's not worth a yearly subscription for less than the cost of a cup of coffee a week then I don't know what is!

Whilst I do like keeping up with the fast paced !arms race" of the competitive meta, I find myself more and more gravitating towards narrative games. I have an ultramarines army and seeing games like this has spurred me on to look into getting even a couple of squads of imperial guard, maybe a tank or two, so they can fight together! Sort of a weird question for the team. Did you guys paint a 5 o'clock shadow on Rob G-man? Or am I just seeing things from the way the lighting is.

Beard says the blade guard veterans get 3 wounds “for absolutely no reason” which isn’t accurate. They’re equipped with shields, which generally conveys +1 wound in 10th edition.
Where the Bloodletters wounding the Terminators on 3s? Is it not S5 vs T5?
They get +1 to Wound from the Bloodmaster leading the unit

Grand Master in Dreadknight has Surge of Wrath ability where you can re-roll hits, re-roll wounds, and re-roll damage against monster/vehicles no?
He does, but Bard was using a normal Dreadknight, hence the ability to advance and charge. Was just a mistake in his list 🙂

I know this is a narrative game so I'm sure it doesn't matter. With fate dice/miracle dice, when you are CP rerolling the charge you used a fate dice on with the wraithlord you have to reroll both dice, you cant use the 6 fate dice for both rolls. Was a fantastic game to watch, cheers
the dice cam stopped at 24 min ish, quite confusing when trying to keep up

You're correct, except it was a normal Dreadknight, who doesn't get the rerolls 🙂

Ahh gotcha, perhaps he was overpointed, so changed him to a normal one and forgot to mention it 😅 He advanced and charged to get into melee, so was definitely using the rules as a normal one🙂
