16 years have passed since Armored Core: For Answer released, and "4 The Answer" remains one of the most hype themes of Gen 4. To hear this modernized and brutal rendition is truly a gift that keeps on giving.
6's soundtrack was somewhat lackluster, so i hope we either get some soundtrack DLC or someone mods it in. If i get to slap Allmind Iguazu around with this one blasting, i WILL cum.

I respect the hell out of the AC6 soundtrack, and it has plenty of bangers. A solid identity. But there was never a time I didn't miss hearing shit like this.

The 4th generation games (which this OST is from) are able to be fully emulated if you have even a halfway decent PC. You don't have to miss out and suffer just because they're not publicly available for sale anymore. That's not your fault.
Played acfa on emulator the summer before ac6 came out. Even though I'm a newbie to the series I still get goosebumps when I hear stuff like this.

I don't know much about the artist behind this remix but they decided to do what is essentially a djent remix of 4 the answer and I cannot describe how happy that makes me.

I played for answer recently after spending a questionable amount of money on a ps3 copy, the music was one of the most memorable tunes I’ve ever very heard on a game, glad they remixed one of them for this album

If you really wanna hear stuff with that personal Kota Hoshino touch, there's an Apex In Circle arrangement on this album. Apex In Circle was the very first track he made for Armored Core, way back in Master of Arena.
Wdym Kota Hoshino has never made heavy guitar music lol - yes some of his stuff is high energy but never like this with maybe the exception of Conservation from AC5 and even that one is less on the heavy metal side and more on the unhinged craziness side.

On a related note I feel that an Armored Core collab could go absolutely incredibly hard in that game, with the potential for a healthy dose of trauma and radiation poisoning for everyone.
