First time hearing this theme on that mission felt wrong. Since the only relevant detail is our Next literally falling down a glorified cylinder and blowing up some Normals.
There was also that mission where your home colony is attacked and you can't use primal armor because you're to close to the colony and it made it fell more urgent.

Do you guys know what happens when you put a solid object into a container of liquid, then move the container in any direction? You create a liquid accelerometer, where the solid object moves in the direction that the container is moving. That would probably makes things worse for the pilot. Also, regardless of external dampening, your organs will still fly around in your body. If you've been in a car crash, you may know that when your body stops, your organs keep moving. LYNX just aren't human.
@@Paledomainiirc in AC4/4A the pilots are basically hooked up via psychic connection (ams comparability), for example during the fight where this plays (Joshua in Aretha), the ams is so powerful that it IS killing him (it’s hinted at early in the game that the Aretha and similar AC models kill its pilots from how strong the ams is, and will say “I’ll be right behind you, you can chew me out on the other side” when he defeats you in the mission. So yes, AC4 and 4A do account for how being in those ACs would basically turn you into sludge.

Im delighted to hear someone is using AC music for a project, although it has been done before, its just a testament of the amazing tunes to come out of the AC universe. Believe me i know, i've played them since the beginning.
I came into this fight thinking that despite my AC being somewhat below average on speed with the exception of it's side boosters, it's efficiency and constant firepower would have my back like it had been doing for the entire game. Then Joshua dashes himself. And thus ensues a battle where I feel as if I'm fighting a spectre which ends with him taking off almost all of my AP in two explosions and me managing to just barely outlast him and beat him before he could end me.
Yeah, not with the AC I used to beat him with on my first run, because even though I'm a lot better at killing the Aretha, Testament kicks my arse without extra speed. If I change weaponry and boosters hard mode is a fair enough breeze. Marche au Supplice is still a bitch no matter what though. :P

Armored Core isn't as focused on being a "tank simulator" with lots of buttons to hit on a keyboard like Heavy Gear, but it is as close to perfect as you could ask for with a fast mecha game. Armored Core 4 is also a fresh story/world, so you don't need to worry about playing previous games. My only advice is don't use the default control scheme, you want your boost/vertical thrust on left trigger.
I heard this and the moment it got intense I instantly realized that this song work’s excellently with AC6’s G1 Michigan and the Intercept the Redguns mission

Yes, it would be wrong, because honestly, it never felt right to have this rock/opera hybrid in Armored Core. Also, it sounds very muddy and flat. Literally every other game in the series had better soundtrack. Even V.
Whenever i hear this song i remember the last fight with Joshua and i start to tear up a little. for a short game like that with little plot, i felt more impacted than after finishing a metal gear solid game.
If you're still alive, that final mission is just perfect. The ruins of Anatolia in the background while you're forced to fight one of the few people you consider an ally/friend. And then you've just got this blasting. 👌
@KewneRain its an interesting concept but for one flaw, while water cannot compress, it CAN be pressurised. and liquid pressure can be worked out by multiplying depth by density of fluid by acceleration. Simply put, the more G's they pull in a manoeuvre, the more pressurised the water inside the cockpit will be. I haven't bothered to work out if its enough pressure to kill a person, but its safe to say that even being suspended in water, your internal organs will still be subject to compession.
Pretty sure you can still play them on Xbox One and Series X if you have physical copy. Probably the best thing Xbox offers that Nintendo and Sony don't is backwards compatibility
Also rumors are they are making a new one, but I'm nervous. They haven't made one in forever, and alot of the staff that developed them left to make Daemon X Machina on Switch. Course they probably will just make another Souls like game instead

played this when struggling with Nightfall Raven. I failed 10 times but when I put this music on (and even timed the music drop) my skills was multiplied and I beat it in 3 attempts. I felt so awesome.

@SuperJohnyboy6 Look at previous comments. Also what Sean said is also correct you can have a suit that lowers the pressure. SCUBA based cockpit design which would explain the water thing when you start a mission, Lynx had their bodies modified to be able to pilot a NEXT, dampers, g-force training. Each thing alone lowers the pressure. so all together it's extremely lowered hence why they can go through all that high speed combat. Even more so in AC:FA(Armored Core: For Answer).
@NewTypeDilemma01 It does. The problem, however, is attempting to open the Core and escape. The pressure on the outside of the Core would be too great for the pilot to open it and get out. By filling the Core with water, pressure is equal on both the inside and outside, and thus the pilot is able to open the hatch and escape.

Welp if you didn’t realized before. Reincarnation is indiscriminate, Asura born multiple time due to the affects of the story. Lose, Grief, Rage, uh… Desire. And all culminates into the dlc, where all that’s left in a soul is freedom but he chose to free his daughter, in his belief that no one should be govern or ruled by single minded people or person but more so by doing what he did, he freed his daughter from usage. Talk about a scary dad
Not only does White Glint help quite a bit through the game (If you suck or take to long) but he isn't a jerk. The Raven against Joshua (Original White Glint) in the Mutant AC. Even the dialogue was sad he was forced to do something he really didn't want to do and didn't have a choice but to do it. And in hard mode a little prick comes in at the end and makes things worse.

@KewneRain Well, I do like the quadraped legs for just that reason. I guess I can give that a shot. My main problem is, whenever I decide to just kill Ofanim, I have no trouble. But whenever I decide to kill both Ofanim and his pod, they gang up on me. The other fires on me while I'm concentrating on either of them. I try to use the large structure for cover, but it doesn't always help. It really only helps when I try to fight Ofanim alone. Then it really helps.
@McDestin I see. With my interperation, it describes the final battle with the 00-ARETHA. Joshua and Anatolia's Raven were close friends, but Omer blackmailed Joshua to attack Anatolia. Joshua doesn't want to fight and kill his ally, but he's torn between wanting to keep the Raven alive and wanting to live himself.
@orkkilla5589 According to the Armored Core wiki, They're connected by a neural link to the Next. When the Next takes too much damage the link overloads, shutting down the nervous system of the pilot.

Armoured Core never gets the recognition it deseves, it is the BEST Mech game there is, I just think that it need a slight polish of the graphics and it will definatley stand out from the crowd.

A lightweight aerial speeddemon with an laserblade, mid range assault rifle, and lasercanon (i hope there will be one) and for his AA i would use the emp shown in trailers
I recreated both for the hell of it plus Leos Klein's AC/The Armored Core 2 cover, both Nine-Ball's and Jacko's Foxeye.

@SuperJohnyboy6 Look at previous comments. Also what Sean said is also correct you can have a suit that lowers the pressure. SCUBA based cockpit design which would explain the water thing when you start a mission, Lynx had their bodies modified to be able to pilot a NEXT, dampers, g-force training. Each thing alone lowers the pressure. so all together it's extremely lowered hence why they can go through all that high speed combat. Even more so in AC:FA(Armored Core: For Answer).
@NewTypeDilemma01 It does. The problem, however, is attempting to open the Core and escape. The pressure on the outside of the Core would be too great for the pilot to open it and get out. By filling the Core with water, pressure is equal on both the inside and outside, and thus the pilot is able to open the hatch and escape.

Not only does White Glint help quite a bit through the game (If you suck or take to long) but he isn't a jerk.

Well, I do like the quadraped legs for just that reason.
I guess I can give that a shot.
My main problem is, whenever I decide to just kill Ofanim, I have no trouble.
But whenever I decide to kill both Ofanim and his pod, they gang up on me. The other fires on me while I'm concentrating on either of them. I try to use the large structure for cover, but it doesn't always help. It really only helps when I try to fight Ofanim alone. Then it really helps.
@McDestin I see. With my interperation, it describes the final battle with the 00-ARETHA. Joshua and Anatolia's Raven were close friends, but Omer blackmailed Joshua to attack Anatolia. Joshua doesn't want to fight and kill his ally, but he's torn between wanting to keep the Raven alive and wanting to live himself.
I like ACV, but I really want to give ACFA a good throwdown
