The line uttered by the boy in 11:23 "Hindi-Chini Bhai Bhai" was coined by the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. It denoted the friendship that prevailed in the 1950s between India and China. The line translates to India and China are brothers. The bonhomie disappeared after the Chinese Aggression in 1962. Jawaharlal Nehru later found that China was "arrogant, devious, hypocritical and thoroughly unreliable," something most Indians still believe.
