It wouldn't stick to the bumper because it's made to stick to paint or flats surfaces. The fact you sanded it made it more difficult for the wrap to lay flush

There are taps on the car and the bumper has some plastic taps that have to align, they are not clips

I have the same bumper issue with my stock bumper on my 18 Si, it drives me nuts! I think a lot of 10th gems have this issue bc I’ve seen it on a hatch and a Type R. Might just be bad assembly at the factory but idk
