@@Fayazmagrey If you have watched the Court proceedings you must be aware of the facts revealed by the SG, and Sibal's strenuous objections that these facts should not be placed before the Bench or the public watching the televised proceedings.
If you still claim not to know what these "objectionable-to-Sibal&Co." facts are, you are not really seeking enlightenment!

Watch especially the frantic attempt by Sibal to prevent SG from presenting vital facts to the Court and his alarm at the thought that the country at large will also learn these facts! And after that, I trust you will not have any unanswered questions; except perhaps why Sibal represents a client who shouts "Pakistan Zindabad" in the Indian Parliament?!!

Jammu should be given a separate state status, by virtue of 370 and 35A many Pakistani were given residential status, they should be thrown out to restore the demography, and also make sure SC take a note of demographic change that was induced by these anti India political parties.
What was the relationship between Nehru and Sheikh Abdullah if one wishes to go back in social history instead of limiting the case to constitutional law. The preponed of Independence was due to the fact that that Mountbatten wanted to leave India as soon as possible, maybe to save his marriage as Nehru was after his wife. This love affair costed India a huge part Kashmir, millions of Punjabi & Bengali lives, loss of Shindh etc. And the loverboy got away by awarding himself Bharat Ratna, and right after few years surrendered another huge chunk of J&K state to china.
