Since Hindi is our national language why judgment is in English. So that ordinary people are unable to understand. The Supreme Court needs to think about it.
It isn't, nor is English. All of the judges, prosecutors, advocates, etc know English but not all would be knowing Hindi; that's why they are using English.

Mr Sibbal every time seems to forget, presently he is only an advocate, of course very senior advocate, and has to follow the rules and regulations as deemed fit by the CJI, may be on the pleading of his opponents. It doesn't behove proper for Mr Sibbal that CJI has to assert and even a bit loud to make him accept to file an affidavit from his client.

If Abrogation of Art 370 is held ,it is ok. But if the same is held in contradiction of the Constitution,there will a PANDORA BOX of after effect which the Supreme courts will NOT BE IN a position to resolve.

'Your Honour' and 'Hon'ble Court' can be used, this change is a recent one. The older lawyers are just used that word for decades.
My lord is also titling towards monarchism. It's like calling someone King, Etc. Such monarchial titles shouldn't be used, especially in the Apex court of largest democracy. I've seen USA court session and none had "milord" in them. Noone is lord in India anymore.
