Your explanation is great i can't stop saying i wish i found this before bcause for someone who doesn't register an information immediately or even if i do I need to hear it at least one more time to remember it forever , and since my mind tends to wander off no matter how hard i try actually it's just a way of being forcing oneself to focus too hard is useless anyways so that's how it helps , the fact that you say it iteratively
