Study Rule #5. Ignore study rules #1-#4. Only take breaks if you need to. If you LOVE what you are learning, you can study longer. Study anywhere and everywhere. The whole world is our classroom. Don't even worry at all about the "facts." They probably aren't facts. Just remember them long enough to pass the lame tests. Same with the concepts. They are probably wrong or flawed. Study way outside the curriculum. It will help you understand how what you are supposed to learn falls short while at the same time will help you remember what you need to write down to pass the tests. All-nighters are fine if the situation calls for it and you can handle it. Finally, relate what you have to learn to what you are truly interested in. The only way you will get a true education is by learning far outside the curriculum. All subjects connect to all subjects, so it's easy to connect what you love learning about to that which you are required to learn. Be creative.

I absolutely aggre with you, because everyday we don't have the same energy to study, so it will be better to take rest when you almost can't continue. Now the answer to the question how much hours we can study I think that must be limited between 6-7 hours, except school, so overall 13-14. Because we have to develop and other skills, like cooking, creating something unique with you hand and others. Finally I really admire your future job (it's amazing how the human body works!!! ) and wish you the best!

    1. Emotions emerge from overall brain-body states, not distinct entities.
The brain makes guesses to reduce uncertainty and plan actions.
    2. "Affect" refers to general feelings tied to the body budget.
Managing affect through sleep, nutrition, etc. helps regulate emotions.
    3. There are no universal facial expressions for specific emotions.
We make inferences about others' emotions from movements in context.
    4. Emotion concepts and words summarize past experiences into categories to guide future actions.
    5. More nuanced emotion vocabulary allows us to construct finer-grained categories and actions.
    6. Other languages often have emotion words that English lacks.
Learning these expands our emotional granularity.
    7. Relationships profoundly shape emotions through social synchrony and acts of kindness
that provide "savings" in the body budget.
    8. Toxic relationships "tax" us. Choosing partners wisely is foundational for mental health.
    9. Depression is like a "bankrupt" body budget.
Physical factors like sleep, nutrition, and exercise are crucial for affect.
    10. Focusing attention on nuances of physical sensations, rather than emotion labels,
can provide wisdom to guide different actions.
    ---------------------------
Here are some specific actions you can take for each of the key points:
    1. ** To better understand your emotions, pay attention to your physical sensations,
thoughts, and emotions as a whole. How are they interconnected? How do they change over time?
    2. ** Social connection is essential for emotional well-being.
    3. ** When you are feeling overwhelmed by emotions, focus on your physical sensations.
What are you feeling in your body? What does your body need?
The best way to improve your life is to experiment and find what works best for you.
Be patient and kind to yourself along the way.

In this video it is explained below points.
    1. Studying for 30 mins and taking breaks for 5 min and do some fun activity. This will increase the efficiency and reduce the dread.
    2. Fixing a study area or have lamp for study which we can on or go to that place, that give an idea of doing the study.
    3. And we should understand the concepts and know functioning of the things, instead of remembering a things which can forgettable.
    4. And we should not skip the sleep, it will helps in storing the concepts in our mind.

I used to never study at home even during exams but I used to get A+ everytime. I used to remember every details. My memory power was high. I never revised any chapters but I used to focus more on what the teacher was teaching at school.
But now, everything changed, my parents, teachers forced me to study hard during exams. Teachers used to come home visit. My parents used to scold me everyday. I lost confidence on myself. And I became like this. I can't even remember what I ate this morning, what I ate for lunch. I feel like my brain's intelligence is becoming less day by day, year by year.

Yeah at the school just after classes.. I feel like I should just stay here and study.. but that's not possible.. then I come home and eventually waste all my time because I'm not motivated to do so or just procrastinating..

todays 8 hours sleep is impossible. I know 6-7 hours sleep is a necessary for us.but today's in the competitive World, people think If you sleep, you will lose. Like a College student first and foremost duty is study, but he has to most of the time maintain his family for that reason he has work like tutor or freelance. So, we know that freelance is a night work or most of the time in day he is busy to earn money, so how can she/he sleep early or sleep (7-8) hour.

I don't know about you but what I did was, sit through the initial sleepy part. Many times, I start dozing off some 10 minutes into my study, and then I'd stop. Eventually I found out that if I manage to sit through that sleepy part, I'm like charged and then I can study somewhat good for 40 mins or an hour.
I think study methods vary from person to person. Trying to find better ways to study or trying to better your existing methods is a really important thing imo.

With markets tumbling, inflation soaring, the Fed imposing large interest-rate hike, while treasury yields are rising rapidly-which means more red ink for portfolios this quarter. How can I profit from the current volatile market, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $125k bond/stocck portfoli0

It’s precisely at times like these that investors need to be on guard against the next certainty. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
