I just heals from shingles last month. It wasn’t too bad but when I was 15 yrs old I had shingles and it was really bad. I was already in children’s hospital Los Angeles for other health reasons. The doctor had to quarantine me from the rest of the kids. My leg felt like it was on fire and I was screaming.
Don’t take you’re health for granted, be grateful you aren’t paralyzed like me

Hello. I was diagnosed Ramsay Hunt Syndrome last June 2024, I started antivirals and steroids on my 4th day after shingles appeared on my ears. The ENT doctor told me that it will take 3 months to fully recover. I prayed a lot during that time , and guess what, it took only 1 month for me to fully recover. I didnt go to therapy at all, just self therapy at home and just praying to God. God is really our healer. He is so good and faithful , all we have to do is to surrender oir life to Him. It was scary at first, but I trusted the Lord for His plans to me. I was healed by His supernatural power. You too, just believe His supernatural healing power. ❤
I was just diagnosed with the "Ramsey Hunt" Bell's Palsy illness yesterday 2/3/24. The entire right side of my face is paralyzed at the moment. Eye, mouth, tongue, cheek, my smile is gone. This started from a shingles outbreak inside my throat and on the tongue. Worst pain I've ever felt. I was prescribed Prednisone and Valacyclovir. I'm hoping and praying this gets reversed and Im back to normal. Pretty depressing to be honest.

I’ve actually had something similar, I was told it was Bells palsey . I received chiropractic help .I also did acupuncture and they put me on prednisone. It took about 3-4 months however it went away. I was told it could come back but it never came back. Prayers to Justin and I wish him the best🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I am living in Canada. I have made about 30 visits to the Dr trying to diagnose a problem that is exactly Ramsey Hunt. This week when I saw a Dr here in Canada they refused to treat it saying I was now outside the treatment time frame. I think they are wrong. I need to find a Dr that is a specialist in this area to help treat me. HELP!!!!! Thanks, Lynda Diamond Toronto Canada
My friend daughter had this when she was 7 or 8yrs old. She had to take prednisone for a while before it healed

Had shingles on my face. It affected my eye my mouth my nose. In time it's getting some better. Not 100 percent after 2 years.

He will recover. Just needs to rest. My mom had Shingles several years ago and it started with major rashes on her chest. Within a few days she was having nerve damage as the nerves on the left side shoulder area contracted and swelled. I believe all she was prescribed were heavy duty pain killers, but it was a game of guessing and timing. As soon as the painkillers wore off, the pain kicked in. Ice packs and pain killers until it went away on its own.

Urgent Care, Infectious Disease Specialist didn't diagnose me when i went in fir what i thought wss an ear infection. Ear was red and swollen. She prescribed antibiotic ear drops. I finally got diagnosed by an ER doc 4 nights later after being diagnosed with an allergy by my doc's assistant. I wasn't able to get an appt with ENT because no one made the effort to get me in on an urgent basis. Finally seeing one who sounds like an angel in a couple days. It's going to he a long haul but i feel hopeful having this doc to take care of me along with PT and a lot if hard work.
I'm against the covid vac although i had the original 3 but deeply regret not getting the Shingles vac

I’ve looked into what you’ve said and there is just no actual linked evidence that these two things are connect or linked together I mean I haven’t been vaccinated so I can’t really give any active evidence on this the only kind I’ve found is from an online resource which I don’t know if it’s correct or not I mean if so I would totally be worried for myself had I been vaccinated only to find that many hours to a day later I get the one sided facial paralysis things and that one half from my entire head to face hurt
