I haven’t watched in a while, I remember back when when you were building your grills outside. Looks like you got it going your way now. Happy for you.
I could not be happier with my grill Allen! Thank you for the excellent craftmanship and customer service to deliver on time for the 4th of July. I'll send videos of the cooks on this beauty! Hope to see you back in Centerton, AR soon. The Morales family appreciates you!
Nice work. Maybe consider putting the fire box in the center, beween the cooking grates. That way the two wheels that raise and lower the grates are on the outside not over the fire box.
Just a question, is there a reason you couldn't have put the fire box in the centre? Just thinking that way you have less distance to spread the coals to either grill and you remove the issue with the handle over the fire box. Still learning about this stuff so have probably missed something obvious.
Shoot yeah. Wish I got you to do a Brasero on mine when you built it! I did put fire brick in mine! Might need to to do a revise on it! Great work brother! Your smoker you built for me is cookin now! 🔥🔥🔥
Great job 👏 👍 I have learned a lot from your videos.🎉🎉I just got a better plasma cutter/ so I thought ...but I am having problems with it the pilot arc IPT 40 55ds pro 85 psi Running 120v it starts a pilot but then stops before even cutting why ? Never seen you having any problems in your videos... thank you
LOVE YOUR WORK ON THE LEFT HAND WHEEL FOR GRATE OW WEE GOING GET HOT. SHOULD HAVE PUT IN CENTER AND DELETE HANDLE STICKING OUT AND JUST HAVE THE ROUND WAGON HANDLE. OR EVEN BETTER PUT COAL BASKET IN CENTER OF BOTH GRILLS LESS WALKING TO SPREAD COALS. MAYBE ON YOUR NEXT ONE OVER ALL KILLER IM SUPRISED YOU HAVENT BLOWN UP.
what if instead of two different wheels you ran them both off the one wheel away from the fire box? sure you would not get variable height independently, but you can just move your fire around for more or less heat. i think that wheel over the firebox will be out of commission if using the firebox. could still have the setup for supports of grates the same, just run a longer bar through all the supports and one wheel on the outside. maybe :)
I need this type of grill...your work dear sir is absolutely second to none.
Thanks!

I don’t know why he did this way, but to me, it would save on having to travel from one side of the grill while watching the food.
