    Kitchen secret for good energy and haemoglobin levels - Use Iron tava, kadhai and karchi
    Recently in the lockdown you must have seen that people are feeling lethargic, less energetic, even mentally low. In fact, over the last few years, I have also seen people greying early (as early as 8 years old), being constantly fatigued, increasing infertility and miscarriages, thyroid, pcod and overall hormonal issues. Do you know why? Do you know the common factor across all these conditions? Its micronutrient insufficiency, more specifically low Hb (haemoglobin).
    Today I am going to show you how you can equip your kitchen to ensure that you are high on Hb and therefore high on energy and also on health, immunity and fat loss. Hb is involved in multiple functions in our body but most importantly it binds to oxygen, makes oxy-Hb and that’s how O2 reaches our body and brain. To get the most out of exercise, to burn fat and even to think right, you need O2 to the brain and body. Low Hb levels are often seen in people with mental health issues too.
    What you can do is rather simple; start using an iron tava, kadhai and karchi. Every kitchen used to have these 3 and that’s when our waist would be small, skin would be flawless and hair lustrous. Together, they add small amounts of iron to the food you are eating and ensure that you do not fall short on this very important micronutrient. Here’s how to use -
    Kadhai - to cook all sabzis other than the ones that require any khataas (sourness)
    Tava - to make all rotis and dosas, etc.
    Karchi - to turn, e.g. all laddoos, barfis, halwa, etc.
    Very important also for people with IBS, sleep apnoea and undergoing IVF or chemo.
    And here’s another secret - inadequate levels of Hb often lead to sweet cravings post lunch and dinner. So bring out these three and see your sweet cravings reduce gradually.
    The key is to remember that fitness is built from small things done daily and not all of a sudden. The small things have a big impact.
    Note - Sizes are important so that food is not overheated and micro-minerals are not compromised on. Use the right size of kadhai.

    I have a good Hb but feel very low and depressed many a times. Have iron kadai and tava which is regularly used. But kadai is big. Shall definitely get smaller SIZES too.

      @@kirannathani9123 na we don't. We cook dry veggies (those without gravy) in iron kadhai. Other foods in a pure steel kadhai.

    I once cooked boiled egg curry in an iron kadai. After cooking while eating, the eggs were turning black color and i thought eggs were not original or something chemical and didn’t eat it. Now i realised that we have to change the recipes cooked in iron kadai immediately after we done with cooking.

      Use both. Iron kadhais and Pans. For Dosa, Ghawans etc use Wrought iron

    I m using iron vassel fro a couple of years,I m making everything in it,even I used tomatoes,imli,dahi etc.
    yss gravy becomes dark in colour,but now I ignore,qk I know it's' tasty & nutricious,yss it's tasty ,I tarandferd in glass bowl after cooking,
    I used to cleaned my iron Cassel using pitambri,or lemon or imli after drying I used v little 2-3 drops of oil spread all over inner side . Of Cassel
    I throw all plastic bottles & ,copper to store water,
