The comments I've been reading from this video are ABSOLUTELY disgusting. While generally speaking most comments are on topic and fine, I am starting to see many comments (from people with no profile pics of course) that are getting really transphobic. I have done my part in trying to clean that up (though it's nearly impossible with the sheer amount of comments) the best I can so this is your warning, you know who you are, you will be banned. Ymir’s jaw ability was more reserved because her will was weak (they somewhat made references to this throughout the series with Reiners transformations losing armor or power at his low points and a few times with Eren) but was apparent if you compare her titans teeth to the jaw piece on galliard, they are made of the same material and may have been modeled for her by Ymir in paths because she didn’t want to fight, so she wouldn’t really need it as much.
Very stretched theory. In truth, it’s clear Isayama just didn’t have defined design and idea for Jaw Titan. Small,mobile, sharp teeth. That was it at the time and when you look at her art in manga it is inconsistent till her flashback after basement discovery. Author just changed his mind mid-work and added more uniqueness to new ones.
Eh i think its really just more up to chance. She still had a powerful jaw and sharp teeth, she just happened not to get an armored jaw like galliard. I think its just random what specific form and traits u take.
Ymir jaw titan ability was reserved because she didnt master the ability. not because she was weak willed. We know certain titan abilities need practice like eren with hardening. Its stated titan shifters would use other titan shifter fluid to help master certain abilities such as armor titan with hardening. We see eren able to harden no problem after chugging armor titan spinal fluid. Ymir didnt have access to it like proco or galliard and didnt use the titan ability enough to master the ability.She would no doubt eb able to harden if she had enough practice.
Also, Armor titan has a choice to harden or not harden to create his armor. The reason Reiner likely didnt harden to create his armor is likely because of speed and the fact Eren's hardening can crack his hardening easily. Reiner didnt lose the ability to harden, it was just that he chose not to create his armor as it greatly slow his speed.
It’s quick but there are eye catchers during season 4 episode 3 that elaborate on why the galliards had a more engineered jaw and longer claws. They experimented on them and they also experimented on Annie as well. She explains that they would feed her pieces of her comrades titan parts
thats a nice " in-universe " explanation
but the "real life explanation" is that iseyama probably changed a few details about titan transformation and how it worked, thats why Ymir's titan apperance is pretty much the same as her titan shifter form
(which is different from Eren, Armin and Falco situation, where their original titan form were very different from their shifters form, and that was showed to us much much later in the story )
this also might explain why the Cart titan is so much lamer that the other ones, because that titan initially wasn't supposed to have a big role, but later iseyama changed his mind or something
The female Titan is named by humans for its physique. Not because it's powers is literally being female. It is shown that the Titan has the power of mimicry. So technically it's official name should be something like the Mimic Titan while the unofficial name is Female Titan.
Examples of mimicry:
- calling pure Titans (beast)
- hardening (beast/jaw)
- stamina and agility (cart/jaw)
Might be right, she can also put herself in a crystal like the Warhammer

marley did experiments with annie which is why she can do all of the stuff that only specific shifters can do, like how eren took the bottle of hardening serum to be able to harden his titan-they did that with annie but with a bunch of other things-she is a BEAST

calling the pure titans was a perk of zeke having royal blood though, so how would she able to mimic it if she doesn’t have royal blood

Perhaps the author only thought of the 'nine Titan Powers' later on in the story and not during the beginning when Annie was first introduced as the 'Female Titan'
I think the answer is much clearer if you go further back.
Grisha’s dad said that all of the Nine Titan powers are pieces of Ymir Fritz’s soul. If that’s true, then that means each power would represent a piece of Ymir’s identity. The Attack would be her drive for freedom, the Warhammer would be her ability to create, the Colossal would be her potential for destruction, etc. The Female Titan would thus represent her motherhood and femininity, that’s why it looks female no matter who has the power, just like anyone who gets the Colossal will always be huge.

I don't think a shifter could "pick" a Titan form when they transform, instead their powers combine
Seeing as Eren is the only shifter besides Ymir to have multiple powers at once, it’s hard to say. But so far it looks as though it stays the shifters original of the 9 and the others become a power they can just use whenever.
@@ahhsurr2199 Kinda arguable. It’s true that he didn’t look like the war hammer titan when he ate her, but I believe that is because he chooses to stay as the attack titan. As for the founding titan, he never had access to that power up until he touched zeke. That’s why his form changes, and im sure he 100% wanted to be in the pure founding titan form to end the world
@@DonaldTrumpIceCream What benefit does he have to stay as the attack titan, the warhammer titan is much better protected with that chainmail-esque covering. I think it's just the original titan + the new powers. If he got the colossal titan he would obviously change size to have its power.
As for the founder, it seems like this form was created because he accessed the founder's full power, which is something that seemingly hadn't happened before, as all previous founding titans (barring ymir) looked like relatively normal 13-15 meter titans.
MANGA SPOILER
It's debatable ;
On one side Eren clearly chose to transform into the Attack or Founding titan separately , whilst never choosing to transform into the Warhammer titan
On the other side , we got Falco that transformed into the Jaw and Beast titan by merging both into one , even though he "inherited" the Beast titan in a weird and unconventional way
( kind of like how Rose , Maria and Sina were able inherit Ymir's titan without needing to eat Ymir whole , just like how Zeke's spinal juice was enough for Falco to get the Beast titan )
So really , It's debatable , but i tend to think that titan shifters can choose which titan they want to transform as , whilst also being able to choose to merge some or all of their titans
I really would like to see a combination of jaw titan and colossal titan.. they are basically opposite
You also have to remember that certain physical traits are genetic like the Jeagers titans ears are all pointy unlike any other titan, and the Galiard brothers both have the face plate

I‘m pretty sure that marley calling her the female titan is just a plothole and the only reason she was nicknamed the female titan by paradis is because she was the first titan that looked female. Her powers are hardening and calling other titans so those would be given to the next female titan, not looking like a woman
Well, the female titan is still and has always been the only titan other than the founder that retains female traits. I don't see it as a plothole, the 9 titans came from the founder, the founder clearly had a female appearance.
Similar convenience as both Marley and Paradis referring to the Colossal/Colossus titan by the same same without any communication

@@someperson9998 That probably just means that the female titan is one of the titans with the capability of looking female. The cart and jaw titan both walk on four legs and represent animals more than people so it wouldn’t make sense for them to have breasts but I have no clue why the Warhammer Titan looks like that. We haven’t seen a bunch of humanoid looking titan’s female forms but 2/3 looked female so I think that it’s just that some of the titans can’t look female, I doubt that a man would inherit the female traits

Some people on Reddit have this theory where they said, if a male becomes the Female Titan, then the male retains his Pure Titan form until the power is returned back to a human female. Basically the same thing that happened to Ymir's Jaw Titan. Her Jaw Titan was almost identical to her original Pure Titan form so it's theorized that she was most likely incompatible with the Jaw Titan since it's probably reserved for males and the same thing would happen if a male became the Female Titan. He would just keep his Pure Titan form with maybe some crystal hardening abilities added on.

If Armin ate Annie, I don't think he'd be able to choose the form he could transform into. I think it's safe to say he'd maintain his collosal form and gain the female's abilities, as eren did with the Warhammer.

@@MostWantedTH-camr in manga only those abilities were mentioned by Annie, she basically says it can mimic abilities temporarily but not mentioned which all titan powers. Only two were shown in the anime.

i wanna take a moment to appreciate annie, she is definitely a defining part of AOT to me. The first time we saw the female titan was exactly when I knew i wouldn't be able to quit this show. It was perfect, titans were still mysterious to us, and suddenly here was one that seemed hyper resilient... it was so EXCITING. Fabulous. So glad she's back. Not sure how much she'll be able to do in the current situation, but i have high hopes. I wonder how aware of things she was when she was in the hardening.

The titan is actually called as the cristal titan. Titans which has special features added to their skin like the hardening does not have skin. The reason why the female titan is called as female titan is because of Annie being a female. Her athletic appearance also could be the reason of her rather athetic real life body. The only skil could be connected directly to the titan is the skin hardening and possibility to pioritise healing of various body parts.
I do think that other than the above mentioned the titan is also representing more of the users physical power. the reason why it is representing more of the users real body and face more than the others.
I disagree. I think the Female Titan is more of an Athletic Titan. All muscle. The moniker Female is just colloquial, based on appearance. Not defining its true attributes.

Female Titan is called as such due simply for the physical traits (i.e. her breasts and curves). But these are not the Female's unique powers. Rather, it's her athleticism (martial arts), hardening, and scream ability. So given this, if a male were to inherit the (admittedly sexist-ly titled) Female Titan, they wouldn't have breasts or curves, but rather have a peak male, muscular body, capable of those three traits.

4:50 The reason Ymir’s jaw looks different than Galliards is because Marley adds something to the Titans to make them more powerful. Galliards jaw is upgraded (most likely via a serum) and the rest of the shifters most likely get the “Harden” serum from the Armored Titan. I would say it’s not a stretch to say only the Armored can harden but due to injecting his spinal fluid into other shifters, they too can harden
The hardening comes from the founding titan. And from latest ep, aptly named "Thaw", Eren undid all hardening which included all the hardened titans from the walls.

The warriors got their hardening from war hammer even if they never met the titan
Armor's hardening is a constant type
Eren's hardening came different because the founder can create any titan form, spinal fluid and even powers
So eren chucked up one of the fluids left by one of the previous holder

The "Marley adds something to the Jaw Titan" theory has been pretty much debunked in later chapters of the manga.
Spoiler alert:
When Falco inherits the Jaw from Porco, it still possesses the armored face, and claws.
And you can't argue that he inherited these traits due to Porco already possessing these "enhancements," because obviously, Ymir inherited her Jaw Titan from Marcel (who's titan was almost identical to Porco's), but her Jaw Titan still ended up looking the way it did.
Elsewhere in this comment section, @DreAdedHarrt stated that: "Ymir’s jaw doesn’t have the quality’s that Porco did because she was a pure titan for years and that’s what she saw herself as she wanted a way out so again her titan is just her as a pure Titan with some quality’s that makes a jaw a jaw, not because Isayama forgot to make her titan that way

Funny enough the user isn't always female, Just most of the users that have the titan are female and retain Female features. The correct titan name (lore wise), Is the 'Versatility titan' - SPOILERS POSSIBLY- The titans power allows them to basically copy any ability if they ingest some of the titan either the spinal fluid or the titan itself As in a portion of the actual titan not the user itself. This includes possibly jaw titan hardening and other stuff like it. This may even include the beasts titans scream ability, or the attack titans memory inheritance.
Too continue of course, All pure titans of course tend to have a more male figure, this may be for many reasons it may just be a default style for pure forms or the difference being they aren't full blooded shifters. To strengthen this look at the Founding titan, Owned by a female user. Which shows feminine features. This may be because they're a female. I can't exactly say why pure titans don't have much feminine bodies, And i won't pretend i do! But my point being is the female titan isn't always going to have a female styled body.
TL:DR - Not all female titan users are female, And not all have a feminine/Female style to them.
Not beast titans scream cuz it's actually possible only because Zeke is of royal blood

When is the Female titan's correct name said to be the 'Versatility titan'? I think it has been stated that the titan is known for its versatility and adaptability, not specifically called the Versatility titan.
I believe all Female titan's have a feminine body, since that would give us a reason why other titans, like the Warhammer, had male qualities, despite having female titan shifters. Being feminine is the Female's special trait. A possible explanation for why that is could be that each of the 9 titans represents a part of the original founder (Ymir) with the Female Titan representing her gender.
Some more evidence is that marleyans also call it the "Female titan" and they have historical knowledge of previous titan shifters, meaning there is a reason they gave the titan that specific name.

Since certain characteristics from the user can transfer to their titan, I think that if a male had a female titan, It would probably just mimic the body of the user, and I have a theory on the reason the female titan is called the female titan, with a female user most titans don’t look feminine while i believe the female titan is called the female titan because it can transfer feminine features from a female user to the titan itself, just a theory

Honestly, the female titan was only called a female because at first, everyone when they first encountered her, thought she was an abnormal. And since it was rare to see a pure Titan with a feminine figure they called her a female titan. Now this is where we get into manga spoilers btw.
In some part of the manga, they mention Annie's female titan abilities. If you haven't noticed, her female titan abilities AT FIRST GLANCE, are really basic. All she can do is harden and scream for Titans. But in one of the chapters we find out her Titan's main ability is to mimic other Titans. So that scream she did might have been from Zeke. That crystal was 100% from the war hammer. So IF a man did eat her, the man would've 100% have a masculine appearance. All Annie's Titan is, is just the mimicry Titan or the copycat Titan.
Even in Marley it's called the female titan. If a male would retain a male shaped titan body, then the name wouldn't make sense. If female characters gain masculine features in their titan forms, then we can savely assume that male characters would gain feminine features when inheriting the female titan. Titans are named after their unique features, be it appearance or ability.
Wait! If the female titan has mimick abilities, then the previous Female Titan could have accessed the Attack Titans ability to see the future. Then that means they sent Annie, Reiner and Bertholt on a secret mission they dont even know to attempt to stop the rumbling from happening. Unknownly causing the rumbling.
Even if the Titan was called "the Mimic Titan", that wouldn't imply the Titan's looks would change depending on the user.
The War Hammer Titan is not called "the Male Titan", and yet it always look masculine, no matter the Shifter.
Why would it be different for this Titan?

The "female titan" is called female titan, because it was the first feminine titan humanity has seen. Everyone was too focused on the names and like you said, the titans are known for what they could do. Annie's titan can actually mimic a small portion of the powers from other titans like for instance, hardening because of the armoured titan, being able to call titans to her (a fraction of what zeke can do). I don't remember if it was a just theory or if I read it in the manga, but that what I've believed this whole time to be the female titans power. I'm guessing the whole feminine form things comes from luck.
Also, it is entirely possible it is named the female titan maybe because only females can manifest the female titan powers. Similar to how only royal blooded eldians can manifest the founding titan powers! Afterall, the 9 titan powers were split off from the original founding titan who was Ymir (100% female). So it stands to reason that her exclusive "feminine features" was passed on as a "titan power" as well

Yeah I'm on board with that actually. Since we know dying without being eaten transfers the power to a random Eldian baby, maybe a male eating the female Titan just wouldn't get the power and it would go to a random female eldian baby.
I always thought that rule was kind of stupid though because a baby born with the power couldn't live past 13 due to the curse of Ymir. So if a baby got the power, the chance of them ever being eaten by another titan would be very low since they would unlikely be in close enough proximity to other pure titans because they're a child. Which says to me that the power would get stuck in a loop of transferring to babies and them dying of the curse. Shit, now that I think about it, maybe that's why the story took 2000 years to happen. Maybe the attack titan holder died of the curse long ago, and the power was trapped in a loop of babies and therefore taken off of the board essentially for like 1000 years. Then by random chance they were exposed to a pure Titan adult who ate them and therefore had the agency to kick the events of the story in motion.

My personal theory is that the Female Titan is actually a lite, lesser version of the Founding Titan. The Female Titan has access to inferior versions of the other eight's signature abilities (except maybe the Attack Titan's futuresight). It even has a version of Zeke's "scream" an ability that Zeke's Beast only has due to his royal blood. Annie does not have royal blood and yet was able to do a "scream" albeit one that aggroed titans her way rather than command them.
Good point. I think it's power is versility. And female Titan is an unofficial name.
For the author did not think that far ahead when he first created Annie and introduced her as a Titan shifter

the female titan has a distinct ability that was never used but it was that she could use other titans powers ie warhammer making weapons by eating a piece of said titans flesh. bc she wasnt there for most of the show and the only other shifter at the time being eren which they did not know had the founder
@@joshmoonXY well you got to think about it from the story perspective: its not about how the author didn't think far enough ahead (though that might be true) its more about the information the characters are given at a certain time. For example, when the scouts first encounter the Female Titan they had no idea of her powers. The first things that came to mind were the physical attributes associated with the Female, not that she has the versatility of all Nine Titans. Remember, at this point of the story we didn't even know there were Nine Titans; the most we were introduced to were the Armored, Colossal, Female and Attack Titans (Like I said at this point they didn't know about the rest, which includes Eren's Founding), and they didn't even know who the former 3 titan shifters were, if, at that, they even knew if they were hybrids like Eren. I'm not trying to argue lol, I just wanted to shed some light on a topic that seems very interesting to me and I saw that your information could've potentially have been wrong so I decided to offer my input as person who loves storytelling :)

The Female Titan should be called the Adapt Titan or something, since her main attribute is to “copy” or “adapt” powers from over titans depending on what she eats

I disagree with your conclusion. I've always considered the Female Titan as the "Strider Titan." Each of the 9 share characteristics with each other, but each has a specific skill they excel in. The Strider Titan can cover long distances quickly. I don't believe its Titan summoning ability is unique to it.

My theory is that unless you are the Female Titan, other titans can only have a female look if they are of royal blood. We can see this with Freida's Titan, which takes on a female look even though previous users like the 145th king have male bodies

The female titans ability is that it can consume body parts of other titans shifters and copy their powers. It's the reason why she only demonstrates the Warhammer and Beast titan abilities. She doesn't have the jaw titans abilities because he died when they got to Paradis and I'm sure Marley didn't want the femal titans to have that much power.
I would guess it would gender bend the shifter if male?

Ymir’s jaw doesn’t have the quality’s that Porco did because she was a pure titan for years and that’s what she saw herself as she wanted a way out so again her titan is just her as a pure Titan with some quality’s that makes a jaw a jaw, not because Isayama forgot to make her titan that way
I think its two factors. 1 that Ymir was a titan first for 100+ years and that her form would take after that (though that can be debunked since armin's Colossal doesn't look like he did as a pure titan, nor Erin's attack looking like what he did as a pure titan), and the fact that porco was meant to inherit the armored titan instead of the jaw
I believe the reason Porco and his brother had different features was also because they Marley gave them the armour bottle which Eren took to harden. Which is why they have hard skin surrounding their face in titan form.

True enough. Historia's Ymir did spent a lot of time as Pure Titan. As such, Ymir Fritz didn't really alter her form much aside for increasing it's attribute to the standard of the Jaw Titan

You're right about everything except the thing about titan shifters being able to choose their titans. Eren has 3 and their powers just combine. Thats why he was able to use the war hammer titan's ability without turning into a warhammer titan. The only reason he's a giant centipede is because he awakened the founding Titans power, not because he "chose" the founding titan.
Using your example with Armin eating and female, he wouldn't be able to choose between the two. The colossal titans power is being 60 meters tall and the female's is being female. Armin would just be a 60 meter tall female titan

As I recall, Pieck Finger's titan form doesn't look like her, because originally the character of Pieck was a man (resembling his titan form). But later Isayama decided that there would be too few female shifters and since everyone else were already established, changed the character.

The first Titan Levi killed during his first fight with the Beast Titan is also feminine. Since she was only shown for a few seconds people seem to easily forget.

I at least got that impression after seeing all of the different titan shifters throughout time and there is even a massive distinction between attack titans between Eren Kruger, Grisha Yeager, and Eren Yeager even though they are all pretty darn similar people.

It way be a form of confirmation bias that the female titan gained its name.
When Ymir’s daughters ate her body it would stand to reason that whoever got the third containing the female titan would’ve been the only daughter whose titan form had female characteristics. Seeing as there would not be enough Eldian blood at this point for the powers to go to someone random it would stand to reason that for the next few generations the powers would be passed down in a similar way, helping to split the powers into the 9 Titans we know.
As such I think it would be entirely possible for the female titan to have only been inherited by female descendants up until the point where the 9 had been separated. So when trying to ascertain the characteristics of that particular power the early Eldians would notice that every shifter to inherent that power was both female and had the only titan forms with female anatomy so the name could’ve easily stuck before the true power of the female titan was discovered.
As for why the female titan shares the distinction of having female anatomy I think it’s because of the aspect of the founder that the female titan embodies most. Each of the other titans relate in some way to an aspect of the founder; the armoured, colossal and jaw titans relating to the fundamentals of titans being durability, size and heat and immense bite force, the beast titan representing the connection between the titans and the origin of all life, the cart titan representing the limitless energy of the founders powers, the warhammer embodying the founder’s ability to create, and the attack possessing a lessor form of the founders omnipotence through shared memories. I believe the female titan embodies the founders adaptability, changing its form to fit the user and being able to emulate the other titans.
Finally someone said it. It makes sense. It’s called the female Titan outside of the walls. That means that a male with that power would have a feminine Titan body. I think the Founder is the only exception because it is the Founder.
Also your comment on the Jaws. I’m pretty sure Titan appearances are hereditary. Look at the Jaegers. Grisha, Zeke, and Eren all have pointed ears. So it makes sense why Porco and his brother have the hardening on their face and claws. It’s what gets inherited for them.

I think they call it Female because it was only passed to female candidates, probably based on the athletic abilities that are considered more feminine in comparison with raw attack power of the Attack Titan or strong armor of the Armored Titan. The other titans are probably more gender neutral if we consider how people view male and female roles. Also we don't know for how long those names have been used officially. The name probably comes from Marley and it wasn't called Female in the past.
We know that the first person in saying the word "Titan" was King Fritz, so the 9 Titan's names may very well be his doing.
I've always seen it as Annie's titan isn't actually known as the "Female Titan" however the reason she is called that is because it was the first time Armin, Eren, Mikasa etc had seen a titan with feminine attributes. Like it was said in the video, Frieda Reiss also had feminine attributes but she was the founding titan. I think a fitting name would be athletic titan or something like that.
It is knows as the Female Titan, Marley calls it just that.

some pure titans do have female features, in s3 part 2, when the cart steals zeke from levi and zeke orders some titans to get levi, one is clearly female. there are others too, the titan that carried zeke away before levi caught up with him in s4 part 1 was a female scout
The original founding titan Ymir while- also being the first ever titan, took a somewhat similar form to its shifter, aswell as being a female. So, Frieda getting the founding titan didnt change her titan figure to that of a male was because that certain titan uses your "look". I think that if you aquire the founding titan and transform, it will use the shifter's gender and appearance to figure the form it will take.
the female titan isn’t the only female titan. After my 3rd rewatch of the show, I noticed some titans that had female attributes. Also, I forgot who says it, but it says that “most” titans are male, not all.

A theory I have is that since Ymir was the original titan and the 9 titans are essentially the fragments of Ymir's titan, the female titan simply took the trait that requires the user to be female. IIRC, we don't know who exactly inherited the titans after rosa sina and maria (all female), so once the powers were broken into the 9 that we know, the female titan might be what removed that requirement of the other titans having to be held by females.
as to why the rest of the titans are primarily male, the only thing I can think of is that after death, Ymir sculpted the pure titans to be the king's soldiers which were most likely all male.
There’s a couple of pure titans in s1 who are obviously female but don’t have female traits as well. I wouldn’t say pure titans have male bodies because you don’t see their genititans either.

When Falco became the jaw, he chose to become a bird. What I took from this is that the 'role' or 'power' of a titan is never set in stone, but chosen and honed through practice. The female titan historically has been a 'jack of all trades', self-sufficient and reasonably competent at most tasks.
The ability to shift is the part that's physically inherited, but the bond formed through paths with the predecessor is what gives them their talents, the memories teach them how to utilise the titan power. That's why Falco was able to become a beast, despite inheriting the jaw.
Other than the coordinate, which is 'special' due to it being the source of power itself in the form of worm-kun, none of the titans have discrete powers or abilities. They only appear to be distinct because they intuit their skills through inherited memories. This includes the attack titan, if you think about it for a moment you'll realise way.
Falco was the Jaw mixed with beast like qualities. He “became a beast” (got the qualities) not from his choosing but because he drank Zeke’s spinal fluid

So, if titan shifter forms never change then why does Frieda Reiss have a female titan body instead of a genderless or male titan body like all the past founders. That one detail kind of disproves the idea that titan shifter bodies don't change. Unless her uncle secretly had breast when he was founding Titan. It seems more likely if a man got the female titan they'd basically be another attack Titan but with the power to copy abilities rather than the memory sharing.

They don't, 8 of the 9 Titans remain consistent no matter the Shifter; Ymir didn't got boobs while in her Jaw Titan form, neither did Lara Tybur. (And the War Hammer Titan has a built masculine frame, the polar opposite of herself)
As far as we know, only the Founding Titan is the outlier, not the Female.

Honestly, a few years ago I did think of this idea as well, and yeah, I was correct. I theorized that nothing weird will happen if a male becomes a female titan and frankly I think it's quite easy to understand.
I will never understand why people think the opposite, the Titan isn't even an indepent being, but a chunk of flesh formed around the user.

For Ymir looking female, she had the female titan and for Frieda it might just be because she was a royal blooded founding titan and royal blooded titan shifters have been shown to have inherent differences compared to shifters without royal blood

Hear me out: all the titans represent organs of Ymir, as her descendants are all of her body. For some titans it's pretty simple to see what organ they represent, like the beast titan for the brain or the attack titan for the heart (sasageyo now makes even more sense).
For the other titans I don't know, but it's pretty safe to assume that the female titan represents the reproductive organs and female attributes of OG Ymir which means that indeed, any man who gets the female titan will get those boobies
i don’t think it’s necessarily her organs, just general traits. the female for example is basically the “level 1” version of Ymir: it has some aspect of all the titans, but none of them are very strong, and it retains the feminine aspect of Ymir. to further go into how these are just general traits of hers and not necessarily organ/physical traits (like the jaw or cart titan), some of the titans are more metaphorical, like the beast and the attack titans. the beast probably is a reflection of how people thought of her as a monster, or more colloquially, a “beast,” whereas the attack titan represents her desire for freedom. this is why it was always separate from the other 9, and no one ever knew about it’s secret power, as Ymir’s desire for freedom was something even she hid from herself.

No this is wrong, the female Titan represents ymirs femininity just like the attack represents the last shred of will/freedom she had, armoured shows her desire to protect etc it could be that being a slave she was robbed of her femininity which is why all the titans except the female and founder show up as male, even the pure titans (the smiling titan an exception because her royal blood gave her some dominion)

Founder Titan= looks exactly how the owner wants it to look since they have unlimited power and control over Ymir, thus males look male, females look female, and if you're a male and you want to look female then thats still allowed, in fact i believe you can ask Ymir to change your gender, skin color, number of limbs, etc, even for your human form
Female Titan= always Female because it's modeled after Ymir's femenine side and since it has no connection to her, no way of modifying the titan other than the basic facial structure that automatically is made to resemble yours, so even then you have no choice

I've a personal theory on how the Female Titan works.
We know that its hability is to use weaker versions of other titan's powers (probably through consuming part of their spinal fluid). We have the as an example her scream, capable of partially controlling pure titans. As such it's plausible that the Female Titan is simply an adaptive titan: if a man has the Titan then it'll not display feminine traits due to adapting to the user's male figure.
We need to remember that the name "Female Titan" was given by eldians when they didn't even know about shifters, and the female traits were obviously what sticked out the most. I believe if my theory is somewhat correct then a more suitable name would be "Adaptative Titan", or "Tactical Titan".

After reading through some of the comments, i have come to a conclusion that i think makes sense:
The female titan, is in fact the mimic titan, as it can mimic other titans abilities, but to a lesser degree.
Like marley said, she is a balance of all the titans, not excelling in any one thing.
Because of this, annies titan form mimics her real form, but not perfectly. Thus it has breasts, a feminine but toned figure, and her eyes, face, nose, and hair, all extremely accurate, but not perfect.
So a male who inherits the female titan would have a titan form closely matching his human form, possibly to the point of having male genitals.
OR, it is possable that ANY inheritor has a female titan form, because im sure at one point, marlay gave the female titan to a male. And if he didnt have female features, they would stop calling it the female titan. Unless they only ever gave the female titan to a female, but i doubt that.

For me since it was revealed that there were 9 original titans coming from Founder Ymir, the Female Titan has kind of always been the representation of her gender part in the subdivision of the 9, and that only women could utilize her unique power (which is to attract pure titans), but men could still inherit the Titan normally, but without that specific power.
And the Titan's body form would not have the breasts if the holder is a male.

Here’s my theory [Spoiler Alert BTW]
My theory when Ymir created the titans she based them off of aspects of her life and Titan itself. The FT being called “the Female Titan was made from the aspect that Ymir was a woman herself. So the other part of my theory is that when the FT user dies the (without being eaten) power is then transferred to the next born eldian girl (not boy). If the FT user has eaten by a “male” mindless Titan, the power still transfers to next baby girl. But if the mindless Titan was once a woman, she’d inherit the FT. But I was thinkin… if a male Titan Shifter eats the FT that then gets a bit complicated. Either the power ends up with another baby eldian girl, or the FTs abilities are obtained by that user with no change to his Titans physical appearance (e.g. Eren devouring the WHT)
Marley has experimented a ton with their Titans, but I don’t think they’d be that risky to let the FEMALE titan be given to a man. That’s why we only know Annie to be the holder. Also I feel that the FT is female due to the founder Ymir being a young girl
