@@laurakrystel Probably not be able to slip away from Connie's dad due to the blood from his eyes and ended up sacrificing herself to stab him in the remaining eye. Also I read somewhere else that this editor crying is exaggerated. Isayama wasn't sure if he wanted to kill Sasha or not so he presented both versions to the editor and the editor "cried" as a joke to indicate that he prefers to keep Sasha alive for longer. So it didn't actually bring him to tears.

Eren not knowing he was a titan was fine, but it also kinda sucks that he wasted half the life he had. Like everyone knew their lives could be cut short by the titans, but in their minds they felt if they got rid of titans, they could live happily. Meaning Eren thought he had his whole life ahead of him. Then season 3 rolled around and gave him the bad news of, not only were they wrong about the looming threat, that everyone wanted them dead, but they also found out Eren had just years to live. They haven't even gotten an idea how to fix anything at that point, they didn't even know what Marley was capable of, and Eren had to face he would die whether he succeeded or not. he wouldn't be able to experience the freedom he was fighting for.thats why I think Eren got so depressed midway into season three. It wasn't just knowing that he had more enemies to face, it was also him knowing of the fact of even if they win, he won't get his freedom. He only had a few hours of freedom in the end, the paths made it so it felt like a long time, but he still was limited to only doing what the power let him.

7:19 Correction: Annie DID age in the crystal. She was able to hear Armin and Hitch when they spoke to her whilst crystallized, which means time passed for her. She was probably malnourished and didn't mature PHYSICALLY, but she was 20 years old by the time she woke up, the same as the rest of them.
Basically, she wasn't frozen in time, she was just frozen in place.

Yes, this is such a large misconception in the community. It's clearly stated in the season 1mid title cards.

No. Just no. Erwin thought entirely inside a box with "Use X as bait" labeled on the side of it. He had presence, yes, which is critical for getting soldiers to sign on to dangerous plans. But Armin's plans were better.
Ofcourse on the other hand I don't know why Zeke is even rated, since Marley's plans seem to have been crafted by monkeys, and being the least stupid monkey doesn't make somebody 'smart'.

As a teenager, he completely fooled Marley's entire military for more than a decade straight, and in the end, he was only found out because it didn't matter to him anymore.
He came up with the most potent and murder-free plan to save the world out of all the characters, as a teenager.
Zeke is a fucking god, a genius. His only constant mistake is underestimating Levi.

Attack On Titan has developed to a much more complex series than it was during the time Isayama planned to kill everyone off.
After all the themes and morals that were raised throughout the series, just pointlessly killing everyone would feel like a joke.
The ending we got had poor execution, but great themes.
For a hot minute while reading the second-to-last chapter I was sure this is what’s gonna happen. That this will all just end in a big ol’ “and they died despite all the effort, tragic end”. I’m glad I was proven wrong

On page 7 of Chapter 122, there are 13 fingers pointing at Ymir
Eren and Mikasa first appeared in manga on page 13
Eren is the 104th training corps, and 104 can be divisible by 13
Erwin is the commander of the 13th survey corps
Four years later, Eren's height has grown from 170 to 183 cm, which is 13 cm longer

in the anime season 4 trailer there were 14 fingers, that were pointed at Ymir.

The info about Armin's parents could be put together in the anime, in season 1 he references "they're going to try to sneak outside the walls", then in season 2 it's revealed about "the couple that tried to fly", it's not completely obvious, but you could piece that together

It's not that hard to understand what and why Floch did what he'd done. Right after surviving Zeke's attack on Shiganshina, he carried Erwin's half-dead body over the wall only to see the band choosing Armin over Erwin.

Actually, in the anime it does talk about armins parents, as well as two other instances with characters we know something happened to their parents, besides "they dissapeared". You remember the torturers of the wall priest that Hange befriended? Well, one of them, the one that spills the beans, talks about 3 other instances of the interior police, i figured he was taking about himself, that punished/tortured people who had some radical ideas. It also showed pictures of the people. One was Erwins father, the second was Armins parents trying to get away on the balloon with what looks like Armin himself running toward them, and i cant recall the third, but i know it was there. Anyways, happy secret hunting
The reason for erins change in personality was his contact with Historia showing him the future iirc, quite interesting

Try to understand the timeline and "future" foreshadowing skill from the attack Titan etc. Get the hints isayama gives you in his manga school parts at the end of a season in the manga which is considered as a fun part of aot besides the story. Then you will understand that this ending is the only one possible and it's not "bullshit" as you say. I mean the all-of - them-die ending is fine as well. But yea... I guess some will never appreciate because they wish for their "own" end.

The use of Okami's body for inspiration is both pretty damn cool and interesting, if albeit unsurprising due to his status as top Japanese fighter in a time where Americans, Europeans, and Brazilians dominated.
While he was both Japanese and very, very good, he was also seen as one of the best true Jujitsu users in MMA. With both a Judo & BJJ Blackbelt to his name, he entered a prestigious grappling tournament and only lost against future UFC WW/MW contender and grappling legend Demian Maia.
But the coolest little thing is that I strongly suspect a particular fight to be extremely influential: his UFC 82 fight vs the late Evan Tanner, who was both a former MW champ and a HW & *openweight* champ in earlier tournaments in Japan.
Okami was unlikely to win off brute strength and was unlikely to take Tanner down with a vanilla wrestling takedown.... but his clean technique, judoka skill, and clinchwork helped him set up a KO by way of a Knee later in the fight. It feels very reminiscient to how the main characters fight in hand-to-hand combat in both human and when transformed, with very limited emphasis on conventional boxing and takedowns.
Speaking of which- Reiner's titan having Brock Lesnar as his inspiration is fucking sick, but make sure to remember: Brock Lesnar was both a NCAA Heavyweight (real) wrestling champion and a UFC Champion, and had just made the jump from a Japanese Pro Wrestling promotion to fighting his first MMA fights, which transcended MMA's popularity to another level.
Lesnar *actually* made a real HW fighter get knocked on his ass and roll-over right side up, and charged at him exactly as Reiner did in the first episode. It was unreal, and almost certainly another huge moment of inspiration!
I thought Colossal Titans are normally 60m tall, but their legs are burried in the ground. Which could probably explain why that guy didn't dig a proper hole even after 20 years or so (1x25 midcard, I believe)

The thing with Hange is that one of the reasons people think she could be a man is because she was called "Sir" a couple of times, which proves absolutely nothing if we look at historic proof. Women and female Officers or Higher Ups have been called "Sir" or even "Guardsman" etc. It fits because AoT's setting is old and not modern enough to address issues like "gendered speech", if we want to call it that.
Edit: I don't know if he wanted it to be this elusive or if he just accidentally didn't think about it, but the fact that he states "it's up to the readers" is a sign for me that he didn't even think about it in the first place.
Also, the death of sasha thing is a myth that was already talked about. It wasn't changed because of the editor, but because he wasn't sure if it was the right thing at that time and changed it to not create a missing piece. I don't know how a recent video like this can have so many false informations that have been covered in older videos already haha. But still good job with the rest my friend.
Also if I'm not mistaken, she's not called "sir" in Japanese. They address her as "squad leader".

The fact that when Riener called his horse by making a whistle sound and it didn't returned back no matter how much he did it while Jean's horse returned back to him .. I think it literally is the relationship between the animals and the people in their homeland .Reiner was an outsider ,probably the whistle sound he made wasn't percieved by his horse.

Isayama gave me my own Easter egg in my own personal life. I’ve had these plates in my kitchen since I was a kid like 15 years or so that I considered my favorite to eat on because they were big and a very bright white color and for some reason I just like eating off of them more than any other ever since I was a kid and under them I realized just a few days ago while washing dishes that the name brand on the bottom of the plate is Mikasa who is my favorite character in the series. My mind was blown.

The colossal titans that are inside the walls are not 50mts tall, they are a lit bit taller than the walls. U can see this in one of the pages that appear at the middle of every episode on the anime.

What remains the biggest history is = How did the gaurds on top of Shiganshina's wall never saw the kids approaching from beyond the wall? Why where cannons not instantly turned towards the Colossal titan? Where was everyone on duty? EDIT = Armin's parents died by trying to go over the wall with a balloon. A family made a balloon and flew over the Berlin wall to escape the horrible conditions. That's what Armin's parents story is based upon.
