  • Releasing Restraints to Welcome ABUNDANCE
    A practice that leads you back to your body and into the present moment. We will begin with a meditation to settle the thinking mind to tap into the feeling body. Your breath will thread this practice together and tap you into deepening your trust with your body. In today's practice to MOVE the restraints we will move our bodies to stand to shake everything out. To release the restraints and find a deeper sense of release. We will finish with a reflective time to savor the shifts that may take place during your practice. Designed to ground in the here and now to flow into what you want to call in.
    After this practice, I encourage you to drink water to nourish your body through the feelings and emotions that may have surfaced.
