Yes it will help with your wrinkles and fine line but do use it in correct way. Use small quantity and if you are new to this start by using 1-2 in a week it will show good result in long term

Can I wash face before using tretinoin by Dr Sheth’s neem and salicylic acid face wash and also in the morning can I use to wash off the tretinoin by the same face wash?
it is perfect time for you to start, do a patch test to see how your skin reacts then you can use it on alternate days (try to use only three times in a week) also do not use in day time and make sure to use spf.

You can try using it on alternative days. If you want to use it daily use a very small quantity.
Moisturizer ki jagh alovera gel v lga skte h kya?
I use a retinol skin serum with concentration of 2%, I use it once a week. Is that okay?
You should not use that high concentration, with retinol less is more and patience is key
