  • Seriously why do they keep doing this. So frustrating having them reach out just to remind me of my bag that they lost and are never paying me for.

    The first time I sold to them, they rejected my bag and I have not received it back 😢 I had to escalate it and now waiting for a response.

    Of course they don’t like that score. Don’t let them! Clearly a bunch of liars. Maybe they’ll be sued and shut down or something. If I were you I would accept that they stole from me, take the loss and turn around complain as much and leave as many bad reviews as I could to make their life suck. It would just make me feel better. It’s all in the thought process. Don’t take it to heart. Get yours back by being a thorn in their side. And feel good that you did your part in protecting others. I bought one bag years ago and actually received it but I’ve never sold to them. No way I would do that!

    I agree with you, they will not be in business much longer and they are doing a money grab now to be able to take some capital with them. You have done an excellent public service by notifying us handbag lovers of their business practices, and may single handily be taking them down.     My thing is - if they would just make it right - maybe it would be ok. They apparently have lost my wallet because I keep getting the run around. Each time I send an email or call I get the - let me log a ticket.
    Here’s the recent email response

    They are not letting it go because they know you have a huge following of handbag lovers and everyone in the community that has had similar experiences with Rebag is coming forward.
    Better damage control would be just producing the evidence, but clearly they don't have that.
    And they pretty much shot themselves in the foot with the whole Rebag+ thing. It's ridiculous.

    Unbelievable! I don’t even open their email offers anymore! I wish for you to be “made whole”, but I honestly don’t think you ever will. My husband and I just went through a similar situation with a contractor…filed a lawsuit and received papers 3 days later that the business had closed and filed for bankruptcy! No assets! Yep, we took it in the shorts!!! We don’t want to talk about it anymore…we just want to move on and not look back. 😑
