No pressing, I crumble it fast above the pan, i make the sauce in a little cup (less dishes) and whisk it with a little spoon (less dishes) but everytime it comes out absolutely delicious 🌱

We are in Spain for the winter and loving it. There are many vegan and veg option here, lots of restaurants and markets and grocery stores, but not having my pantry and appliances makes it difficult to make many things. I’ve been making tofu scramble for decades. But @RaibowPlantLife recipe has been my favorite for several years now. I make a large batch of your seasoning mix to have plenty on hand to whip on scramble any time. The addition of tahini is brilliant too.

That chili crunch is EVERYTHING. I drizzle some on a chickpea tuna sandwich and OMG it took it to another level. I will try to use it on the noodle recipe that you suggest also it’s good on avocado toast.

I have sooo many recipes saved from you, you where the first who made me cooking in general. I just moved into my first house with my fiance and I decided to live healthier. Even my fiancé loves your recipes, although I unfortunately have to include meat for him in your recipes, but I try to keep that at a minimum and include fully vegan meals here and there. He is astonished how full a vegan meal can make him, he never thought that could work 😂 Anyways, keep up the amazing work and I absolutely cannot wait for more recipes to come 😍😍😍❤️

I made the crunchy veggie salad today. Although I forgot the fennel, it was so yummy. I made double the dressing annd pumpkin seed topping. I had a feeling it would be so delicious and I wanted to have some on hand for other meals. I was right. They are both amazing. The pumpkin seed topping is addictive. Hi Nisha. I too am on vacation and I have another 3 glorious weeks to go but after watching this video I am missing my kitchen and can’t wait to get back to healthier eating. We are in Spain for the winter and loving it. There are many vegan and veg option here, lots of restaurants and markets and grocery stores, but not having my pantry and appliances makes it difficult to make many things. I will be coming back to this episode when I get home and will be looking for your book. Congratulations on a great job.

I’ve been making tofu scramble for decades. But @RaibowPlantLife recipe has been my favorite for several years now. I make a large batch of your seasoning mix to have plenty on hand to whip on scramble any time. The addition of tahini is brilliant too.

That chili crunch is EVERYTHING. I drizzle some on a chickpea tuna sandwich and OMG it took it to another level. I will try to use it on the noodle recipe that you suggest also it’s good on avocado toast.

I have sooo many recipes saved from you, you where the first who made me cooking in general. I just moved into my first house with my fiance and I decided to live healthier. Even my fiancé loves your recipes, although I unfortunately have to include meat for him in your recipes, but I try to keep that at a minimum and include fully vegan meals here and there. He is astonished how full a vegan meal can make him, he never thought that could work 😂 Anyways, keep up the amazing work and I absolutely cannot wait for more recipes to come 😍😍😍❤️

I made the crunchy veggie salad today. Although I forgot the fennel, it was so yummy. I made double the dressing annd pumpkin seed topping. I had a feeling it would be so delicious and I wanted to have some on hand for other meals. I was right. They are both amazing. The pumpkin seed topping is addictive. I might have to hide it from myself. Thank you for all your hard work and sharing it with the rest of us.
