This was the fifth video of yours that I watched tonight because they all were new to me and I have been a quilter for years! Where have you been hiding????
Aw, I love this! Thank you for taking the time to make the tutorial. I love the permission to cut the block smaller if you make a mistake! I laughed out loud when you said this😂
I love this block. What is the finished size? Could it be made much smaller like 5 inches square? It could be a great quilt tag with a white or light centre
I too just found you and am in love. Never seen a yellow cutting board. Where did you get it? My eyes are getting bad and i think it would be easier to see. Spray starch would be great on you blocks before cutting them into quarter triangles. (Less stretchy)
Very nice colours, and a quick and easy way to do it. If you press from the wrong side, you can easily make the seams go the way you want them to. And please turn your cuffs up once, it is a tad 'disturbing' watching, it is just me like to see the whole hand 😊. I might just be an old bloke.....
Very cute .. what was the end size of that block pls & tk you ?? your Iron looks cute but looks like it is good at removing creases in the fabric... what kind is it ??? where can i purchase one too ?? tks so much :) today is 9/7/2022
I got confused about sewing the two smaller triangle pieces together and obviously got something different. Please pay close attention to which side the white or background triangle is on. The first join should put it in the left. When she flips it around quickly it changes. When the pieces are put together pay attention when she says the white should be to the outside. I missed this and didn’t get the block she is teaching. Heads up!!
I have a pair of Kai curved tip small scissors like that which I got from Amazon; probably a lot more expensive than the Fiskars which I think she is using.
I am watchingyour channel for the first time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the fabric that you chose for this project. ✌🏻♥️
Thank you
Great fabric choices and terrific finished block.
