As an Icelander this video brought a little tears in my eyes. Just beautiful, the story, the connection. Just amazing video. Thanks for this. And yes, many Broncos have been owned in my family through out the years. All the best from Iceland!
Amazing video that captures the Bronco Nation culture. Iceland or America. Astounding visually and was sad it was only 17 minutes long. My favorite part was the engineer. As a prior US Navy Engineman myself I really respected his curiosity. He was so proud of the hat he was gifted. That was a generous act of kindness. Great story Bronco Nation. Thank you for sharing this!
Looking at those old videos of Broncos going through extreme terrains and even submerged to the height of the door windows make clear that vehicle was a working mule (better than a working horse). I hope the new generation will live up to the tradition.
I have a Sasquatched Badlands identical to the one in the video and absolutely love it. The BN videos have come a LONG way since showing aux wiring setups and door removals. This video and the narration are absolutely brilliant. Iceland looks beautiful and I bet that was the trip of a lifetime.
WOW - Great video!! Two thumbs WAY UP to Ford & Bronco Nation for pulling this Iceland visit off so well. Had no idea of Iceland's automotive tradition, and their obvious enthusiasm for Bronco's a testament to the people of Iceland's adventurous spirit. Good on ya Jordon!! Cheers BN's Kenneth
Such an incredible video and story. It's amazing at something made of plastic, metal and rubber can bring people of different cultures and languages together and unite humanity.
REALLY well done video. Loved the message. Loved the combo of cinematic and "behind the scenes" shots. Great narration. All around just really inspiring and enjoyable to watch. Thanks for making it!
Thanks for an amazing video and what a surprise of history unexpected. Amazing scenery and a great idea to tour a foreign country with the new Bronco! Even more impressive was the meet up with all the Gen 1 Broncos! Awesome!
Very nice video for your bronco and Iceland, maybe you should make a video introducing your bronco, especially what’s your accessories and add on, love your roof rack.
Fantastic video, the engineer on that ferry was super curious about the new Bronco I'd bet he will be buying one as soon they are available to purchase, Icelandic people are super mechanically inclined , they are some of the warmest people you can meet, your filming, editing and narration was brilliant and on point, 1 week for your crew was really too short, as they say better some than none, maybe Ford will offer a standard heavy duty package for units being purchased and sent to Iceland and would be to Ford's and the future owners benefit 👍
What a cool video, enjoyed it so very much, Love Bronco’s not so much the OJ Simpson Bronco or Bronco 2, but the old gals and the big Bronco. That had to be awesome to meet these folks🇮🇸
wow glad to see the bronco again, when you passed through Vik in the south, I was working at one of the places where you slept and I was surprised by the car and all the recording material you had on the table, it was a surprise to find the video and the car. Great video and great job. Iceland is a spectacular country and if you like photography and off-roading, it's the perfect country
Have to admit, I had some goosebumps during the video. Really cool. For now I am working on turning my F250 into an expedition vehicle, but I do see a Bronco in my future :-)
I visited Iceland during the exact same period you were there. I originally thought it would be cool If i was able to bring my 6th gen bronco but it looked like too much hassle so I decided to rent there instead. I'm really surprised about the bronco meet up and the bronco popularity there! Great work on the video, it was awesome.
It's actually not that difficult to get your car to Iceland. it's actually MUCH cheaper to ship your car to Iceland from the US than it is to rent an SUV with the same capabilities and size of the Bronco. Example, if you rent the new Defender in Iceland during the height of the tourist season, it would be around $3000 to $4000 per week. To ship a Defender there from the US, it cost around $6K round trip. Obviously you would need to stay in Iceland for more than a week in order to offset the cost. I'm actually doing this next year. Will be in iceland for 3 months. But I'm speaking on behalf of someone that lives in the east coast. Anywhere else in the US and the cost does differ.
Love this, it was beautiful to see all those Gen I on the video. I'd have love to do that trip myself...❤😢 First and last time I was in Iceland was coming from Germany (USAF) we stopped to fuel up our C130J. Would love to visit this country, now that I'm retired and old... 😂
Only negative to this AMAZING video.... it could have been 60 mins long, and it would still have been to short. Great job Bronco Nation, Jordan and the person behind the camera, drone, and editing!!
We did Iceland few years ago on a 04 4runner with 33 no problems. So the new bronco with bigger tires I think didn't have a sweet.. overall nice video..
Just food for thought introduce the 5.0 is back in the bronco once again for all trims in unleash the 7.3 Godzilla engine for the next leap maybe put it in the bronco r or even extend it across some trims in make sure you put those beautiful displacement numbers on the bronco like back in the day 302 5.0 in the new Zillabronco 445 7.3
When in Iceland, saw a Classic Bronco from Martha's Vineyard originally. Was cool. We did the Ring Road. Would love to take my Bronco Sport over and do some F Roads. I live in Portland, Maine. But, I've been told straight up on the Bronco Nation Social Media(s), I don't drive a real Bronco. So... there is that. Guess it would be strictly for myself and not as a "Bronco" owner.
It was surely a pleasure to have you guys over. Great video. Thank you!
Thank you for everything, Ásgeir! You and your crew made the trip unforgettable!
You guys' what? And the apostrophe comes after the "s".

love this. Had to watch it twice in a row
Bronco nation should give that engineer a new Bronco he was mesmerized by it.
Back in 1966 when the Bronco was a real Bronco , solid axles and all !!
I have a green OB Squatch coming. Can't wait!!!
Woohoo! Can't wait for you to get it!
Well done reconnecting old and new Broncos on such a fabulous place of our planet, thanks!
Two of the most beautiful things together, Iceland and Broncos!
it is amazing to see these vintage bronco models in an other country and the stories behind the scences!
such great insight into The Icelandic Bronco story. Beautiful video and work, The Bronco Nation did in Iceland.
Many thanks!
The interaction with the ship crew is so wholesome
I love that they subtly put the goats in with the Broncos. Very clever!

Y’all need a raise. That video was awesome! Never knew you could temp import your own 4x4 to Iceland.

Epic video! BN should leverage your lessons learned and host an Iceland event where members can ship our Broncos over and tour the country.
Stay tuned... we're not done yet ;)
@@TheBroncoNation Charter a container from Maine. We're in!
I would 100% be interested in something like that
Great story!!! I was fortunate enough to visit Iceland a few years ago. Amazingly beautiful place and friendly people.
Got to see this Bronco today at an Off-Roadeo Outpost. Was cool to see "celebrity" Bronco in person.
Really cool, I wish new Broncos come to Europe, we need more offroad vehicles here.
Didn’t know how popular the bronco was in Iceland, first gen!
Many positive emotions after watching this, even from an Icelander 🙂🙂🙂❤❤❤
Absolutely beautiful story of an unreal landscape and the people who live there. So cool watching this🙌
It was truly incredible!
Great video. I love Iceland. What a beautiful country and some of the friendliest people. Thanks for sharing the story.
Glad you enjoyed it. We agree, it is a wonderful country!
Emotional video ... the engineer and then the Bronco community .... really liked the video.
It's one of my favorite places. I'm ready to go back.
Such an incredible video and story. It's amazing at something made of plastic, metal and rubber can bring people of different cultures and languages together and unite humanity.
Yea this car was an absolute necessity in the countryside before we had the old Willys and land rover
@@doddsalfa From the looks of it I agree
What amazing vid.. ralrey seen such that pro edit. Gr8 job bronco nation👏🏼💯
shout out to the editing team!
I’m a Jeep guy, but this was an awesome video and history lesson. I wouldn’t mind getting my hands on a Gen 1 Bronco and visiting Iceland.
Absolutely loved this, well done. I've been to Iceland a couple of times and am always left wanting to see more.
Great trip, great footage and, outstanding storytelling. Great blend of story + 6G in life. Broncos of Iceland Cruiser club meet up was quite lit.
Thank you!! Very lit indeed.
Absolutely amazing video! Thoroughly enjoyed watching it - thank you for sharing! Cannot wait to finish my Bronco build!!!
5k miles on ours and it's running strong!
REALLY well done video. Loved the message. Loved the combo of cinematic and "behind the scenes" shots. Great narration. All around just really inspiring and enjoyable to watch. Thanks for making it!
Long life to Fomoco trucks , i really enjoy the video
Never even began to think that the Bronco and so many old American cars would be in Iceland. So damn cool!
It was very special!
We have thousands of very old American cars in a mint condition
@@doddsalfa awesome!
Way better than I expected. Great work on the scripting, photography, production. editing, all of it.
Thanks a ton! Glad you enjoyed :)
Green, 2.7, 2 door basesquatch built this week😎👍

an epic adventure for real
This was amazing! Thanks for sharing this.
That’s so cool that he’s wearing his hat backwards very cool
one of the best videos ive seen recently, well done!
If you told me 2 1/2 years ago that I'd still be waiting on my DAY ONE REZ, I'd of told you "not a chance"; looks like we were both wrong.
tough times
Bronco killing it on fire roads. Right at home.

Nice that you were able to get a Bronco. I ordered mine over 13 months ago, and still don’t even have a VIN number.
this was absolutely amazing to watch!

Nicely done. Loved the video and the story of the experience!

What a great experience that must have been. Great video.

we call the gen1 bronco " 10 ontop" because they rolled over in the first turn.
Iceland is definitely the place to go overseas!

Im pretty sure my dad and his Bronco are in one of those old clips
amazing!
Saw you drive through downtown Reykjavik! Only US license plate I’ve seen since living here for two months
Both bronco and view is amazing . Video looks like taken from Forza horizon 5. spectacular
Amazing video!
Well done Jordan! Impressive and heartfelt video. Now where can we find that roof rack? 😂
Thank you for the kind words! Rack is TrailRax TRMR Rack available right on our site with member pricing!
Nice video and all but you don't need a Sasquatch package to do this lol. A base bronco would do this. I'm getting a Big Bend Bronco.
Thank you for this video, Ford. Now I know where to take my Toyota Fortuner.
