Always really interesting to see somebody else’s perspective of the same camp. It’s a fascinating little spot, but quite the walk in. Not all that long but lots of ups and downs and river crossing. Kudos to you for getting up early and packing up in the dark. I was still snuggled up in my bag. It was a shame we couldn’t spend all that much time outside because of the cold and damp would be great to meet up again at another spot. ATB, Graham Graham 👍 👍

Can really relate to getting the balance of creating videos and enjoying the hobby. Your channel was one of the first I started watching and just look how far you've come. Never beat yourself up for not being arsed to share everything on youtube.

Great video. The other guys mentioned condensation a fair bit with their tents. How do you find the Unna for condensation?
cant say its ever been a real issue. Like all tents you have to expect some and with it having an inner theres no real issue.

Did you change your durston kakwa pack to a Atom Mo? How do they compare?
Yeah - i tested the Kakwa which was great...changed over to Atom not long ago. They are very comparable, id say the Atom has more room and i take the fixed board out to make it frameless

This was a perfect example of how good a shorter video might be. Too many videos these days are 30 min+, without much more content that just talking nonsens while walking up the hill, or making the worlds worst impressions in the tent :)
The show business mantra of always leaving the audience hungry is often lost on the youtube content creators, and making a 50 minute video just because, doesn't mean that it will be an enjoyable watch.
Don't get me wrong, I can still enjoy them and it is "free" content after all. But sometimes less is indeed more, and you just proved that :)
One question, though. Do you do photography outside of wild camping, or is is just a hobby you do as a part of the camping experience?
Hey, thanks for the comment it is certainly a challenge trying to get the balance right. Im moving with whatever feels right is right. I try not to put much waffle in as i wouldnt watch it myself.
I tend to do photography as a hobby and it mainly surrounds camping and equipment. I love the process of capturing a moment to showcase how I felt. Thanks for watching Steven
