Brilliant video, totally agree with the positive comments, we’ll laid out and presented, avoids the BS rabbit holes you can sink into screaming straight into a show bike build
But also love how you start saying this is gonna be simple and by the end you’ve fallen in love with it and say it’s not a show bike ‘yet’.
Hope you have more ruck content gonna jump on your page in a second just wanted to say thanks for this video before.

Great video. One thing I’d add with the front wheel alignment is that those notches in the front hub are for the Speedo cable, the alignment could be slightly off because you’re running spacers as opposed to the speed sensor.

I don't have any problems with the fat wheel, it's cool looks awesome. However I can't escape the annoyance of the fact that a slightly worn fatty has exactly the same ride instability as a darkside tire and becomes more exaggerated in that direction as is reaches the end of it's service life. Even a normal width motor bike tire has more squarness at end of service than a new darkside. Yet none of Jedi bike masters have any problems with a fat tire.
Buy the way darkside tires actually become slightly more rounded with use so the handling actually improves with use.

Your project is exactly what i've been thinking about.
Some might say is a "budget" build but actually is a really smart build. Using a full 150cc scooter as donor is way more cost effective and reliable than upgrading ALL the components of a ruckus. I've seen guys throwing lots of money in upgrading 50cc ruckuses just to end with a scooter that cannot even match a 125cc.
