A good video showing the necessary rim/tire measurement considerations and available options. Mind Blown 😮, Mind Stretch. Thankfully 👍👍 for the video upload, it can be replayed for the relevant details step by step as needed. Long Live Ghetto Wrench🔧, Ted- Excellent Adventures! I Really Enjoy!
@@FrankNiddy440 This guy really does go to the end of the earth to find solutions to problems everyone will run into when building these things. Absolutely amazing detail.
@@GhettoWrench If I remember correctly isn't a generation 1 an 8 inch rear wheel from the factory? I don't mean to take your time asking for an answer, I just remembered thinking it came with an 8 in the rear. I have a ruckus and thinking about buying a maddog generation 1. If it already has an 8 that would mean the left side shock would fit another 8 after making it a mono shock. No reflector recess in the battery box that I don't like, so get an EFI kit and the digital gauge cluster with front and rear cameras for rear view and hopefully swap my rolling wrench wheels and Yoshi pipe over to the maddog as long as the rear wheel offset is right.
For me a wheel would probably be the hardest thing to ever get right on a lathe. Without a CNC I would have issues with the center hole and probably never get the lugs done properly.

He is the OCD of Ghetto Wrench... He going to make it right, for sure.
Truly the only guy I have ever seen who goes far above and beyond to solve the problem and educate people like me for free.
Huge respect sir!
I learned more in this video than i did my 5yrs of college
😅 It can also be a used to trigger melatonin.
@@GhettoWrenchwhat the type & price on the wheel in this video & did you use the stock hub .. thanks for the info
@FranklinPowell-t1h used the stock hub. I bought the wheel used, but it is available new. I forget now. Pretty sure it's all in the video.
@@GhettoWrench thanks
Did you use the original tire off your scooter to put on that rim
Biggest problem we will have with these other types of rims is finding matching fronts. I guess we can run miss matched rims that still look cool.
So true
@@GhettoWrenchI got my gen4 Thursday.. just want to say thanks for the info & that RZR rim in on its way

Great vid bro thanks a million .
Great!
Thank you
Do you happen to know the bolt pattern for a gen 5?
Same as all Gens. 4x110 and 10x1.25 threads. All the wheels interchange, the offset is just wrong
Is a Gen 1 as easy as swapping the square tire for a Shinko 130?
Yes. Just a tire change.

@ZCRAIZED1 yes the Gen 1 is 8" outside to outside. That is why I like the Gen 1. Can single shock it and it already looks cool
Is the 5th gen offset 3+4 too?
I think it has a whole different offset going on. Not sure. I have not measured that ones hub yet.
@@GhettoWrenchhave u measured it yet?
@@Smodlee sorry I have not measured mine.
Bro you need a lather to turn your own rims and sell them
@@kevinlewis9151 I would never get the lug nut holes centered. LOL
@@GhettoWrench you get a million for that, but the whole idea is to be able to make what you want to your own specs tools wheels whatever.

@@ZCRAIZED1 agree. I would never get the lug nut holes anywhere near right. Need a big ass latch also.
@@GhettoWrench
It would absolutely be a pain.
