    Ingredients for Semi-Prepared Cutlet:
    3.5 kg pork cutlet;
    100 g non-iodized salt;
    15 g peppercorns;
    15 g granulated garlic;
    15 g dried thyme;
    5 bay leaves;
    5 g dried oregano;
    5 g coriander seeds;
    5 allspice berries;
    3 g chili flakes;
    5 g sweet smoked paprika;
    50-60 g sugar;
    3 g baking soda;
    1 l water;
    We marinate the meat for about 24 hours, then we put it in the oven at 100 degrees for about 3 and a half hours, after which we wash the meat and leave it in the cold for 12-24 hours until serving.

    Fantastică rețeta!! O să încerc și eu. Fiică mea are 17 ani și am reușit să o conving până la vârsta asta sa mănânce cat de cat sănătos. Merg pe sandwich cu tot felul de lucruri sănătoase dar la asta nu m-am gândit. Mulțumesc tare mult pentru rețetă! 😊

    Paul...am făcut reteta ta...!A iesit de minune...si promit ca n o sa mi lipsească din frigider...
    Eu am modificat putin....am tinut o doar o ora si jumatate la cuptor...si am spălat continentele înainte de a pune in cuptor....!
    Ce a iesit...nu ti pot spune....!
    Deliciu...!
    Nu i zice lui Constantin....ca e asa bun....ca halap cum e....mi e teama ca rămâi fără cotlet...taman acum de Crăciun...😂!

    O intrebare , la mine am incercat cu piept de porc sa fac un fel de bacon,Dar dupa 4 ore la 100 de grade temperatura nu crestea peste 64 de grade ,Ce as mai putea sa fac ?

    Buna seara . In cazul unui cuptor care are program pt gatire cu aburi , cat ctimp ar trebu lasat la 100 gr. Multumesc !

      Da, si daca poti sa ne spui ce ph are apa in care ai clatit la sfarsit carnea si eventual cuptorul, a fost pe gaz sau electric? Altfel nu iese reteta. ca deh, noua trebuie sa ne dai mura'n gura, altfel nu suntem in stare

    Intrebare? Cuptorul il pun pe program cu caldura de sus si jos, ventilatie, sau? Multumesc anticipat pentru raspuns!

      Trebuie folosit program cu ventilatie? Sta de două ore cu caldura de sus si jos si nu pare să se schimbe ceva?

      Temperatura interioara lacarne trebuie sa fie de 75-80 de grade. Fara ventilatie

      Aspectul carnii e umed. Luati temp asa cum am spus si va apriti cu cuptorul cand ajunge in parametri. O lasati sa se racoreasca, puteti chiar sa o clatiti cu apa rece sa se duca din excesul de condimente si apoi la frigider.

      @@ȘefPaulConstantin Mulțumesc frumos pentru răspuns. Am.folosit cuptorul fără ventilatie. Intr-adevăr aspectul este umed. Trebuie lăsată la răcorit cam două ore. Arată exact ca a dvs.
