Hey Shawn! Did you rebuild or fill the diffs before running or are you running as out of the box? I’m trying to decide if I need to tear into my diffs or leave as the factory built them. Thank you!
Hey Shawn! Can the Rlaarlo 120A ESC handle the F series motors or does it depend on which motor you choose? Great run and promising for the AK 787. Glad I bought a roller!
I’m not sure about the limits of their esc’s yet. So far these are doing well, for this run I believe they probably each pulled around 205-220amps which is very respectable. I do have a rlaarlo motor car I’m building too. Which I’ll run next year. Maybe I’ll use a rlaarlo esc first

I don’t want to mislead him into thinking it will work if the ESC is not designed for the bigger motors. Thanks again! RLaarlo is lucky to have you consulting with them.
I used the optional Rlaarlo gears they offer. A 50t pinion gears in place of the stock spur, and then 50t pinion gears on the motors. It should be good for around 150mph on this gear
Yes this rtr car. It took some adjustments but I got the stock gyro to work. I never use gyros on my speed cars but I wanted to be able to help others with this rtr car including getting the gyro to work

What is the big green block above Your motors? Its actuall crazy that their supplied electronics will run this fast. Awesome stuff.
That’s my gps. It’s in a 3d printer rubber case because if it gets lost in a crash you can usually find it at night when it’s glowing.
