That “bedroom” has no doors, and no blinds on its wall of windows. Forget about sleeping (or other pastimes) past dawn, or whenever your kids are awake.

There’s no such thing as “completely unique” or “almost unique” or “the most unique”. Unique is unique. It either is or it isn’t. But like being pregnant. One is either pregnant or not (not “completely pregnant”, “almost pregnant”, etc.).
That atrium space is nothing but hard marble and metal. Why no wood floors, like upstairs, for a start ? It’s so acoustically harsh and echoing, no one could possibly use that “office” area, as is. Just her voice alone is rendered painful by that space, had to lower the volume on my tiny phone speaker. What’s it like when you’re actually there ?! I sense these redesigns are done for maximum bling, not practical living. Will real people even live there, or is it just a place to park extra money ?
It’s like the developers threw everything they could think of at this apartment, not in a good way unfortunately. It doesn’t seem very cohesive and it’s trying so hard to be something it’s not. it could have turned out spectacular with a little more design direction.
Wow, I completely disagree. I think it designed impeccably well and I love the eclectic styles they’ve used. That just really goes to show that you just need one buyer who loves the space as we’re all different.
Rosi great video - with the amount of skylights and windows, would have been nice to have seen how the master bedroom is able to be made dark and private? Were there automatic blinds? Glass that frosts over? Thanks!
I'm not at all sure about this property, the quality of the build is superb but the layout feels very mismatched - as though the developer was aiming for a particular feel but it didn't quite work. It's unusual and probably a little bit too unusual for my liking, I'm sure it will suit someone's taste but it doesn't appeal to me. Also, Netflix and Chill? my mischievious side found that comment quite amusing in a property tour video 😇
Rosi when you do your walkthrough it would be be more informative if you show for example white goods and the brand i was trying to figure out where the utility room was well presented in all you will gain more experience as time goes....watch Toby Corbyn house walkthrough
who would want to spend a few million on a posh basement with no windows where you got to walk endless stairs in order to get from one level to the next. and not even one elevator in sight! what a waste of money! and because this is all so dark and dingy the walls have been painted in light colors to hide the fact you would live in a cave. your electricity bill must be exhaustingly high so not for all the money in the world would i purchase something that’s not even on a plot of land and totally detached and to top it off: the ‘roof terrace’, overlooked by all the neighbors without a shred of privacy!

What is the asking price? My kind of house only drawback is there has to be blinds covering the glass partition by stairs leading into the master bedroom and a door installed
