I would rather have a tinted glass roof and not open to the elements otherwise it's not usable for many parts of the year. I love an induction kitchen and love the paneled glass cupboards :) I love the lighting not too big and very art deco like and private balcony is sweet. The rooms are good enough for me and amenities are great now where is that lottery ticket ;)

Too cramped for my palate. The terrace and the views are great, but I couldn't squeeze into those cramped spaces, down below.

I am glad you aren't going to these meetings for apartments or houses on your own you never know some people and wouldn't want you to not be safe. Have heard so many stories of realtors being hurt or attacked or even assaulted on the job. Be safe Rosi :) Is the meeting place your office? very open format would love a tour. I am guessing not all clients want their home shown on YT either. Just curious does your company also do staging design for apartments for clients or do you outsource for that?

Never understood the need for commentary while showing the apartment. Can't they just show the property and not do the radio commentary. After all, It is not a cricket match. Most important here is a good cameraman, that can show the house from all possible angles which gives a feel to the viewers as if they are in the apartment, Isn't that the whole purpose of showing the house? Need no Radio Jockey.

Is this a turn key penthouse, why did they not make the last shelves into a display bar with a glass door, secondly why was a bathroom tv not installed these should be included in a modern apartment with asking price of £7,125,000 and probably a fish tank where the window is rather than a seat
