The doggie is ready to play while she giving the tour.🤣 So cute.
For a modern Reno, I think they did a great job. Even though it’s not my style… I like how they made it work for how they live. I also like overscale pieces in a small space. Lovely home, thank you for sharing.
So lovely and warm! ….Very thoughtful decisions, always keeping the future in mind.
Very elegant and beautiful!!❤❤❤❤ l love it!!
The original fireplace mantle was beautiful. I would have kept it since the fireplace area now looks incomplete. Other than that it is a truly lovely renovation.
Lovely house. Love Holly and her little toy.
Very nicely done! Holly is lovely.
Simply beautiful best London renovation Ive seen in a while.
Great job closing in the stairs ❤
Well done getting back the original features . You have updated perfectly . I think Kevin Macloud would call it ‘old charm with modern lines ‘ . Lovely job 🎉
The loft turned out beautiful. Money well spent.
I love London houses cuz I have a small home and they know how to make small feel big!
Such a warm and whimsical home. Love the use of the space ! She really transformed each room. Loved it 😊
All your hard work and investment paid off, brilliant 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Beautiful warm home❤
Holly is adorable🥰🐕
Holly is the real star of the video!! 😁
WOW 😲 I think this one of first updated and modern London home! I have ever seen on Homeworthy 😂
More homes in London are now updated and I think there are those who are proud of the Victorian era and living in tradition that they proudly show it off as almost everything else is "modern, open plan".
Exquisite as well as effective and practical results. Wonderful. Many congratulations!
Beautifully done.
Lovely.
Absolutely lovely!
Beautiful transformation!! Brilliant built ins, layout!
Really tastefully done.
Gorgeous house. Brilliant reno. Nice to see a more contemporary home on Homeworthy. Cute dog
Great job! Having stayed in West London (Westminster) in a hotel, I wondered often how someone's home looked on the inside. I think this is the best one I've seen on Homeworthy!
дякую !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! дуже стильно ))))))))))))))))))) дуже цікаво !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s lovely, but where do people find the money to do these sizeable and costly renovations at their young age, with a young family?
She did mentioned that a mortgage refinance was necessary to afford the renovation.
Save, save, save
They finance it. Or, they have inherited wealth. Ordinary savings on regular salaries / income won’t come close to covering the expense of a renovation like this.
Maybe if there is 2 incomes, you can save one income and live off the other income
The hall feels very dark which I know is common in Victorian homes, but most people try to bring light in when they renovate.
Do they not like tv? I would have a big tv in place of the mirror
They have a big tv in the snug to the rear of the kitchen. A large tv in the living room instead of the mirror above that small fireplace would be hideous
Her first name reminds of my favourite movie: About a boy😉 Really nice house👍 But how can someone talk that much and in such a speed???😂
Nothing says Victorian like white vinyl windows.
The windows are wooden sash windows-she spent ages telling us about that
