I've been doing this workout 3-4 times a week now for the past 3.5 weeks. Figured i'd post my progress since im actually keeping at it and ill also edit along the way. Im 178cm (5'10 i believe) and weighed 77.5KG, which is what scared me and made me quit eating bad and start to exercise pretty much cold turkey. I eat meals with a very low caloric intake for breakfast and lunch because dinner is my fav meal of the day and i want to be able to let loose a little bit and it works for me. That doesnt mean I make my dinners without a care in the world, but I do eat pasta and rice etc still, in rather large quantities, also makes it easier to have dinners with friends without feeling as isolated :) If you also choose to make your dinners low in calories as well id expect you to progress quicker than me. April 3rd: 77.5kg April 13th: 76.3kg April 20th: 75.5kg (pre-pooping lmao, it matters!) April 27th: 74.7kg - from april 20th to april 27th i did add chloe tings 10 minute ab workout 3 times! Definitely not chubby by any means, but im trynna look really snatched sis. I definitely still takes breaks when I do this HIIT workout, especially exercise 8/9 kill me, but ive started jumping and for some reason i actually find that a bit easier. ---------------------------------------------------- May 4th: 74.2kg - I did this work out 4 times this week and added chloe tings ab workout 4 times as well (absolutely dead at the end), expected a bit more weight loss to be honest.. but at least its going down. I wouldve expected this workout to be a breeze at this point and that I could perhaps do a 1 hour workout, but thats definitely not the case, im still struggling, however i've definitely improved from day 1 so dont be discouraged reading this! Thinking that it might have to do with my low protein intake seeing as im vegetarian (i only consume cheese at this point). Going to check up on some high protein veggy recipes. ----------------------------------------------------- May 11th: 73.7kg - did the workout 3 times this week and added chloe tings ab workout twice. Ordered protein powders plus EGCG pills and caffeine pills (i hate coffee). Im curious to see how these will affect me in this journey. Should arrive in a few hours! ------------------------------------------------------ May 18th: 72.2kg (!) - wooo really surprised to see i lost 1.5kg in a week!! slowly diverting from this workout since i want to focus on some weighttraining too for my booty and doing this workout all the time gets boring. Coincidentally enough sydney just came out with a weight workout for your booty/legs. Its really nice to do something different and I definitely felt it in my ass lmao. I worked out 5 times this week, of which the last 2 sessions were chloe tings ab workout+sydney's new 45 min weight workout for glutes and legs (also has cardio in it!). Couldnt do the full 45 mins though, but i did make it till about 30 minutes in, so 40 minutes total including chloe tings ab workout. The caffeine pills really do give you that little extra push during your workout (or perhaps a placebo effect, but regardless, im working harder). The EGCG pills help reduce your appetite and reduce fat accumulation and work best with caffeine pills (look up medical articles about this combination). Maybe thats why i lost more this week not sure!! ------------------------------------------------------- May 25th: 72.8kg... really confused as to how i gained weight. Really discouraging. I worked out 5 times. Maybe something was wrong with the scale last week, i did find 1.5kg weight loss oddly high. Anyway.. bummed. ------------------------------------------------------- June 1st: 71.0Kg... im really confused as to what the fuck my body is doing. I didnt eat less or workout more to compensate for last weeks ''weight gain''. I worked out 5 times (3x being 10 mins chloe tings ab workout+30 mins sydneys new glutes and leg workout which is actually 45 a minute video). Happy to see so much weight loss, but as i've learnt from the previous week, dont get your hopes up too much girl. Lets just see what the scale says next monday lol. -------------------------------------------------------- June 8th: 71.2Kg , as i expected; its definitely a journey yall lol. I worked out 4 times this week, had my little brothers birthday over the weekend as well and i may or may not have eaten 2 slices of chocolate cake - and i dont regret it. Lets see next mondayyy, cant wait to weigh under 70Kg again. Also for whoever is wondering, my goal weight is 65kg, but im aiming for 64Kg to kind of have a buffer. Once i reach that i'll bulk up with proteins and get that bootyyy mkay (which will mean i wont stay 64/65kg in the end obviously, i know)- --------------------------------------------------------- June 15th: 69.5kg, YOU GUYS I DID IT *crying emoji*!!!! i reached my first goal of weighing below 70kg. Now on to my ultimate goal of weighing 64/65kg. My body is looking much nicer, just in time for bikini season in july/august. I worked out 5 times this week. 3x sydneys leg/glute workout+3x chloe ting abs and 2x this HIIT cardio workout+2x chloe ting abs. Thinking about changing up my breakfast and spread the calories out a bit more, because i workout after breakfast (which in my case is very low calories; 200cal) and till this point I still get very dizzy during my workouts. Yes i hydrate a lot. At this point I cant use the excuse of ''i think my body just needs to get used to working out'' cause its been 2.5 months now, its definitely my pre-workout meal. Im going to switch it up to something that gives more energy. Suggestions are welcome!! (vegetarian pls) ------------------------------------------------------------ June 23rd: 69.5kg, had a hectic day yesterday, so I couldnt post, sorry! Anyway, as expected my body seems to be very consistent in losing weight, staying that weight the week after and then suddenly dropping quite a lot the week after. Confusing. Even if it was muscle gain or fluid retention etc etc, the consistency in this fluctuation is weird to me. Watch me weigh 68kg next week all of a sudden lol. I worked out 5 times. Losing the motivation to work out to be honest, but im still going because im way too close to my goal weight to ease up now! I switched to a high caloric breakfast for 3 days to see if id get less dizzy during the workout, 2 slices of whole wheat bread with peanutbutter and half a banana + 2 hardboiled eggs. Didnt really notice a difference during working out to be honest, so im switching back, the extra 350 (!) calories aint worth it haha. -------------------------------------------------------------- June 29th: 68.7kg i ''only'' worked out 3 times this week. Also had my mothers birthday and thus some cake and pizza. Its going quite steady though. Ive decided to ease up on my diet a little more, i used to regularly consume between 1100-1300 calories and workout, whereas ive decided that its okay for me to now eat around 1400-1500 till i reach my goal weight :) Also to ensure im losing fat and not muscle!!! Thinking i shouldve done that sooner actually. However when i say 1100-1300 calories im not implying i followed this very strictly 24/7. I go home to my parents during the weekends quite often (i study in the netherlands, its a small country) and have myself a pizza or something. During birthdays i have cake and alcohol too etc, and ive had a birthday every week for the past couple of weeks so go figure (next week too, im being tested yall!!! ): ), but what im saying is that on a regular day with me being home by myself the aim was definitely 1100-1300 calories. Workout wise im changing the structure too, i would postpone cardio till the end usually, since i dislike it more than weights. However, watching other fitness journey videos has shown me that apparently its better to not work out the same muscle group consecutively, meaning; id usually do sydneys leg/glute workout 3 days in a row and then 2 days of cardio. What im going to do now is weight, cardio, weight cardio etc. Your muscles need rest in order to recover/develop properly! Switching things up a bit (again; its definitely.... a journey haha). ----------------------------------------------------- july 6th: 69.4kg lord help me im going crazy, i worked out 4 times. I hope i will have dropped significantly next week, seems like a plateau ): GOD. okay future me here: i decided to measure my lower belly circumference since im fluctuating that much. Seems like a good thing to know so i can compare. As of now te circumference is approx 83cm lower belly (the largest part of my belly) ----------------------------------------------------- july 13th: 68.6kg so ive hit a plateau i think. Im going to take a break for a week and eat some more calories and exercise less to let my body know im not starving. Im also going to weigh myself everyday from now on. No update next week, as I should be weighing the same anyway. See you guys in 2 weeks :) x ------------------------------------------------------ july 27th: 67.5kg guys you DEFINITELY need to weigh yourself everyday, its much more accurate! The funny thing is that after my july 13th post i weighed myself the day after and i weighed 67.9kg! Had i not done that my perception of my weight loss would be so skewed and false. The fluctuations are real yall. Stop doing it weekly. Worked out 4 times btw. Really close to my goal weightttttt. Officially lost 10kg :) --------------------------------------------------------- aug 3rd: 67kg :) , taking a one/two week rest from losing weight! My body feels really tired and its been quite some time of me being dedicated to this lifestyle. I need to give my body a little break. See you guys in a week or two! ----------------------
Annalia Fabela glad it helped you! did u just start doing this workout? im definitely going vegan eventually, theres no reason not to go vegan and its the most ethical thing to do. Im already barely eating cheese at this point cause it just adds calories, and at some point i will take it out fully and go vegan for sure!
I don't know who needs to hear this, but last year I looked down these comments and wondered if this would work as a daily workout. I lost 20kg+ in about 4/5 months of doing this at first every day and then 3/4 times a week. I went from 93kg in May to 73kg by like September. It's hard lol but it'll work, you can do it! EDIT: I'm now 67kg and still doing this video every so often!!
@@palakk.0410 thank you!😄 I mainly used this video but would sometimes swap it for a different 30 min HIIT video by another TH-camr that was a bit less intense if I was feeling a bit lazy but still wanted to exercise! I also tried the 40 minute cardio HIIT from this channel but 40 mins is a bit long for me so 30 was perfect!! Good luck with your weight loss!!😄
I’m turning 18 today and getting through this workout was the perfect way to start my morning and get ready for the life of anything. Showed me I’m capable of anything I put my mind to!
started this workout yesterday, i love it! ill be using this for my 30 day weight loss challenge i started 5 days ago! im already down 5lbs! im a beginner and i was able to make it thru this workout completely, and dripping with sweat! "you see that sweat!? thats your fat crying!"
Great workout! I am a 5'7, 165lbs and workout daily. It was good to change it up but I only burned 250 calories and that was with holding weights. I don't think 450 calories in 30 minutes (especially if you aren't over weight or are already fit) is at all accurate.
Pro ally works if.you work out and eat properly.. I did chloe's and seen results but than I would eat ALOT of junk.. I did maybe 4 of her workout challenges but always stopped in the middle and started again. I'm excited to try hers and to push myself more.
Literally, these are the best workouts for at home. I’ve already lost 13 pounds since April 25th and my little 8 month old loves to watch me workout and she rolls around laughing watching me. I recommend this channel to all my friends.
I started out with 63.5 kg I did this workout with no diet ( except I ate only homemade food ) And after 2 weeks , 2 days my weight now is 60.6 . Amazing workout !!
Omg same I’m 14 as welll and I also wanna get in shape for my 15th birthday in 2 months 😭 ima do this everyday and see if it works ,people say it works so likeeee yass
I’m fourteen too!! Just keep in mind a big part of losing weight is cleaning up and balancing your diet! Also you aren’t really supposed to do HIIT workouts everyday, like three times a week max but you can do lighter workouts the other days!
Just moved from Chloe ting to Sydney’s workouts, and I have to say- Sydney>>> I can literally feel that I’m working my muscles from the very first rep lol. It makes sense though, coz Sydney is actually a certified personal trainer.
@@valela17 no worries! I found Chloe’s too easy after a while even as a beginner, Sydney’s one is more of a challenge. It was a wrap once I found out Chloe isn’t a certified personal trainer- no offense intended.
first time doing it (: burned 350 calories. i will be doing this everyday as my cardio during this quarantine and keep everyone updated (: UPDATE:::: I’m sorry, i completely forgot to update HOWEVER, i went from 160-140 consistently doing the HIIT workouts, exercising, and eating well overall
This was the first ever Sydney Cummings (or rather really any structured) workout I did two years ago. 70 pounds and multiple programs later with her, I wanted to say I crushed this! I remember pausing the video, skipping reps, or quitting in the middle the first few times I tried it. I've come so far and I owe it all to the best trainer out there. Thank you so much!!!
That's what I'm talking about! Second day of 2023 browsing through Cardio playlist and clicked right on this one, can't believe it's from New Year 2019, what's are the odds! This girl popped out with confetti, happiness and energy, this year could have not start better than this! Thank you, Sydney!! ❤️
i just did this for the first time because i wanted to work out from home and despite every cell in my body screaming in pain, and me physically screaming "you're a psycho" at sydney, i did the whole thing and i feel SO GOOD!
*¡FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS RESULTS! I WILL UPDATE EVERYDAY UNTIL I GIVE UP AGAIN* (probably 1 or 2 weeks) Okay.. this is my first time doing any of her workouts, I'm usually a Chloe Ting girl but decided to switch things up. I'm really trying to glow-up before school, so I have 2 months left (my school opens in sept). I'm gonna keep track of my results here. I'm also doing the 30 mins full body fat burn' by Emi Wong and the '40 mins fat burning HIIT workout' by Sydney Cummings as well. I'll be switching between the 3 videos everyday with a rest day on the 7th day. I'm not planning on changing the way I eat. I don't eat 'healthy' foods but I eat around 1,300 kcals a day so I think I'm good. Also to note, intermittent-fasting has become a daily habit for me. I usually eat 2 times a day or once when I know I'm gonna eat something with a lot of kcals, like Chinese, pizza or my famous sweet chill noodles 😚👌. I usually eat my dinner(...or last meal) around 16:00 cause I don't like eating late. I don't drink fizzy drinks only water- infact, I've gotten so used to water that fizzy drinks taste so sweet and disgusting tbh. I did Chloe Tings 2 week shred program a week ago and lost about 1.5 inches off my waist. Hopeful I have a whole transformation by the time I'm done with this🤞 *Current measurement:* HEIGHT - 5'8/9 WEIGHT - 73kg WAIST - 30.5 in. THIGHS - 24.2 in. ARMS - 12 in. HIPS - 39 in. BUST - 37 in. MY BODY TYPE - No way am I skinny. I have fat thighs and a medium sized stomach-- also I have abs but they're *seriously* covered by annoying a55 fat. END GOAL - My goal is to be really fit. I want to have an amazing stamina and I want to be above average strong. For appearance I want to have an hourglass figure, like really small waist with a BUBBLE butt and all. I want my arms, back and legs to look more toned and I want to have rock hard abs with a v-line (v-lines on girls are too freaking sexc 🥵) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - *DAY 1:* ✔️ -> Today I tried doing 'Pamela Reif's 20 mins full body workout' but I found it too advanced and felt really disappointed in myself because I kept taking breaks. I still finished it tho... But I'm not doing it again. -> I ate a scotch egg, meat pie and a bit of rice for the day. *DAY 2:* ✔️ -> Today I did 'Emi Wong's 30 mins full body fat burn HIIT'. It wasn't that hard maybe moderate but those squat holds and pulse were about to kill me 😓. It honestly went by really fast. Afterwards I was surprised I'd been there for a whole 30mins -> I got up really late, like at 15:00, so I only ate once today. I had a whole frozen pizza which is about 850 kcals and a few side things like onion rings, goujons and mozzarella sticks. SOOO not healthy I know😬 but it was like 1,200 kcals in total. *DAY 3:* ✔️ Today, my arms and legs were hurting a little but not a lot. I did the 30mins Workout by Sydney Cummings. It wasn't that bad but it felt more like 30mins than yesterday's. -> I woke up earlier today so I'm gonna eat twice. I̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶n̶k̶.̶.̶.̶ ̶C̶e̶r̶e̶a̶l̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶b̶r̶e̶a̶k̶f̶a̶s̶t̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶c̶h̶i̶p̶s̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶d̶i̶n̶n̶e̶r̶.̶ --Scratch that. I was held captive by Tiktok for about 2 hrs so only one meal today! I had cornflakes, scotch eggs again and some crackers. *DAY 4:* ✔️ -> When I woke up today my back was hurting from yesterday but I can't even recall if I did back exercises. But anyways, I just finished the 40mins workout by Sydney Cummings, it definitely got me looking like I took a bath in oil but it's not like I hated it. -> I woke up late, it's 14:00 right now and I still have to bath so I'm probably gonna eat once today as well.. Imma eat the chips I wanted to eat yesterday. I'm just gonna repeat day 2-4 again, so tomorrow is Emi Wong's workout. *DAY 5:* ✔️ -> My body is still sore but I feel like I've gotten stronger, the exercises were easier and KNOW my stamina has improved. -> Today I ate cornflakes for breakfast and rice for lunch *DAY 6:* ✔️ *Day 7:* Rest day - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - *CHANGE OF PLANS* Apparently it isn't good to do HIIT' workouts for 6 days straight so I'm gonna change my workout schedule. *MON / WED / FRI :* The three HIIT workouts I was already doing *TUE :* Abs *THURS :* Legs & booty *SAT :* Arms (with weights) *SUN :*Rest day Hopefully this is better. I'll be be back on Thursday which is a leg workout. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - *DAY 8:* Resting *Day 9:* ✔️ -> Today I did a 20 mins leg & booty workout. Leg workouts would probably be my second least favourite --right after cardio. I didn't finish any exercise fully but I did most of it. *DAY 10:* ✔️ -> Today was the 40 minutes HIIT.... man I really hate cardio 😭😂 *DAY 11:* ✔️ ->
hey lovely! It’s great that you’re exercising but please make sure you eat enough and have rest days between these hitt workout sessions! I get that you want to lose weight as quickly as possible can but the key to weight loss is to have patience! based of what you’ve mentioned you’ve eaten I would strongly advise you to eat a lot more, a scotch egg and a bit of rice is not healthy and it’s only going to make the weight loss process even longer and a lot more tiring both mentally and physically and at the end you’re going to gain all the weight back. Your body needs rest when doing these high intensity workouts and that’s probably why your body is hurting and you’re tired, hitt is only meant to be done 2-4x a week.
I am only speaking from experience when I say that your body needs fuel and rest! Not eating enough calories and skipping meals placed a negative toll both mentally and physically. I ended up losing a lot of weight very quickly (I felt very proud at first which motivated me to lose more but this was all water weight) but then struggled to lose more because my body got so used to it. It left me in a viscous cycle of losing weight, gaining weight and maintaining weight. This was not a good mindset to be in and by the end of it, I only ended up in a psychiatric hospital and gaining all the weight back. It has been scientifically proven that strict diets and not eating enough calories aren’t successful and only end up with you pounding the weight back on.
@@Ava-lz5nr Thank you so much for the advice! I've listened and changed my workout schedule. Also I'm not actually skipping meals to lose weight. That's honestly how I usually eat and I feel better doing it like that than eating multiple meals a day, but I get what you mean. *ALSO* , does it matter how many times I eat as long as I'm eating the same amount of calories? ☺️
Nina Nina it doesn’t matter how often you eat, as long as you are in a calorie deficit of 500-700 calories! For example if your usual calorie intake per day is 1800cals you subtract it by 500 which leaves you with 1200 calories! Anything below 1200 cals is considered dangerous. If you don’t fancy big meals make sure to have small healthy snacks and meals throughout the day to give your body enough energy! Also you can use a calorie deficit calculator on google if you’re still not sure, here’s a link for the calculator I used www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwjWg8zW57vqAhWEyaQKHURDChoQFjAAegQIAxAB&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fitwatch.com%2Fcalculator%2Fcalorie-deficit&usg=AOvVaw0Z7z51FHVxEJHDUvqr__w9
Not going to lie, this is my first time trying it and it was difficult for someone as unfit as me!! But I will be trying this for the next one month and will update my progress and weight loss if any!! Goodluck everyone :) Edit #1: Second day in and felt like giving up halfway through but honestly I feel a lil more motivated after seeing the drop in my weight!! Small steps go a long way!! Will update again! Edit #2: Finally did the entire workout without any pause in between and I just want to compliment Sydney for being such a positive person bc it actually made it seem like she's right there w me and being a 10/10 workout buddy altho I almost wanted to give up :( Edit #3: Managed to do the workout completely and it's getting better :) and i don't feel as nauseous/headache as the first time!! I lost 1kg!! Edit #4: Added other workout videos but i’m still doing this!! Feels much better and more doable after each day!!
I'm so happy for you!! I'm just starting today and it's been a challenge so far, but I agree with you about Sydney's positivity helping with encouragement 😊
Hey so first off all thank you for this amazing workout!! I know how it feels to have an injury. I did Thai-Boxing for 7 years and in my last year I injured my hip, ever since I couldn't kick right and I still can't to this day! (It's been 4 years now) and man you motivated me SO MUCH with your words during the workout! I must admit, I stopped for 1 - 2 seconds because the exercises are extremely hard, but I know that if I do this every day I'll see some results next week. Thank you thank you thank you!! Also I wanna keep you guys in the comment section updated, *Week 1* My height: 168cm (5'6) My weight atm: 56,6 kg (123lbs I think) *Week 2* My weight: 55.9 Kg My abs are more toned :) *week 3* My legs, arms and legs are super toned. My weight now: 54.7 Kg
I started my at home fitness journey 7 weeks ago. And for the past 3 weeks i have incorporated some of your workouts 3 times a week. So far when i look in the mirror i have been seeing my body toning up and shredding some fat bit hy bit It's been 7 weeks and man i must tell you i am feeling good, just looking at myself and seeing little changes. Thank you Sydney your workouts has been life changing. 🙏❤️
I haven’t worked out on years, and this one was hard to do. Not in hard in a difficult way, but hard to do continuously, especially for someone who barely workouts and is super unhealthy, but I can’t wait to get to the point where I can do the full thirty without stopping,
I have been folllowing this channel for the last 3 months and also working on my diet. I was 90 Kgs at my peak at 6 ft height. I have now managed to come down to 81 kgs and still working to get to the 75 kg mark,
@@daviddupuis9847 Ok so it's nothing special. I have just cut down on sugary drinks and oily products. So no sodas or fries or crisps for the matter. In addition I kill the cravings with vegetable or mix salads
I almost talked myself out of this one, but new I had to start the new year off on the right foot. So glad I did, I totally crushed it! Loved all the confetti🥳 Happy New Year all!
this workout is AMAZING! you feel like you're getting a good workout without feeling exhausted and burnt out. for anyone looking to see if this is going to be impossible, it's not, it's amazing. new favorite video
sw: 110 lbs cgw: 106 lbs (height = 5'5) 28 june: trying this workout for the first time, if i like it i might incorporate it into my routine for a snatched summer body
This has helped me lose 26kg (about 60 pounds) in 7 months but I got lazy and stopped for 4 months. Thankfully I didn't gain a single pound back but now I'm ready to lose the remaining 20kg (around 40 pounds). This is still the workout I will use. I'll be back for a monthly update December 8th, 2021 - 80kg
for context to those who don't have apple watches or stuff that actually track the calories you burn, i burned 228 calories. i'm 20, 5'2" and around 55kg
I lost 10 lbs in a month doing this workout along with Intermittent fasting, taking Apple Cider Vinegar and eating only twice a day with no snacking (This is my lifestyle now)
I've done this workout multiple times over the last few months, in combination with workouts from other youtube fitness gurus. I have to admit that this is my favourite 30-minute HIIT!!! Thanks Sydney for making me sweat like crazy every single time :)
I worked out with you all summer (5 days a week at least). This is my first workout without since pregnant 27/40 weeks and felt amazing. I hope to keep it up with you through this last trimester. Also my 2 year old enjoyed trying to jump and kick with us :) Been thinking about your videos since I stopped. so so happy to have started again you're the absolute best!
This is my fourth night in a row doing this workout. Already my stomach is more flat and the bloating has come down a lot! Thanks for the amazing workout. Although I am a beginner I am able to complete this workout because the movements aren't difficult but yet efficient.
My first time here and honestly I was thinking crushed and defeated but not in a bad way I crushed this workout and defeated my mind when I kept thinking I should just pause the video and take a nap
Did this workout on Monday and OMG, I was drenched! Ive been subscribed for awhile but never got around to doing a workout. Decided to recently end my gym membership and go back to at home workouts and wow this was amazing. Looking forward to more. I've shared the video with all my workout friends.
when you told us to find a spot in front of us to kick at, it was your face on the tv :) felt good to pretend I was getting you back for the pain I was in. Loved that workout! thank you. Trying to not let sweat drip all over the keyboard as I type this
I was looking for a quick fat burning workout and found this one and I just finished it and I really liked it!! It wasn’t hard at all. I mean it as in the moves aren’t too hard. They do kick your butt but it’s doable for a beginner like myself! I am definitely adding this to my workout routine. For those wondering, I didn’t burn 450 calories, I only burned 266 but that is more than I was expecting. I took a few breaks and did modify when I was too tired. It was great though!!!
I love this workout! I quit my unhealthy lifestyle cold turkey on February 3rd. Lots 17 pounds my first month, and then hit a stall and decided to try HIIT, so this was my first time. Not only has it helped me get past my stall, but I actually really enjoy it! Just subscribed and looking forward to the other workouts as well!
Hey! I am just starting this, and I figured why not track my progress, but let others doing this see it, and maybe it'll help them too! I did one today, and I am happy that I stuck it through, well done me, if you did too, I'm proud of you! So I am going to be doing this about 5/7 times a week, So, here goes! I am starting off with abt 78.8KG, and am about 172.72 cm ish. My bff inspired me to eat healthier and to really love me, and that includes taking care of me. I will be coming back each week, and marking my progress! Also, a little last thing, I am going sugar free (as of 2 days ago) and going on a low carb diet. Along with this, I am going to be doing 2.4 KM runs when I can starting in June, and a 10-15 minute toning workout changing each day (Mon/Thurs-Abs)(Tue/Fri-Glutes and Legs)(Wed/Sat-Arms)(Then Sundays I take off from working out). So, I hope that those who see this will kind of use it to their advantage and help to know how this whole thing works! May 12th: 78.8KG
This is my first workout that I have don't through your channel and I absolutely loved it. The energy never stopped and there was so much positivity. Thanks so much and you just got a new subscriber.
I started doing HIIT last week 3x a week (on my off days I do yoga and everyday I walk). This is my second week, and my second time doing this class specifically, and I've noticed my endurance has improved significantly!!! Thank you!
#proud #consistent #strong are my descriptive words for myself. I'm not sure how I missed this workout in 2019 but got it done in 2022. Thank you for your channel and having these workouts available. #sydneysquadstrong
I just crushed it! Thank you! This is perfect. I’m a full time undergrad student, with a full time job and two children under five years old. My time is minimal and these intense less than an hr workout is amazing! I feel awesome after each work out! I appreciate you making this free and accessible to all!!!
I am going to be doing this workout five times every week and try to keep you all updated with my process. I will be updating at the end of every week. Ht: 168 cm Week 1: My weight is currently 66 kg. My first goal is to become 60 kg. I'll update next week again and write my changes and progress! Week 2: Hi. I'm so sorry for updating late but I did this workout 5 days last week but I ate a lot of junk food so there's currently no change in my weight. I will try to eat healthy this week and update next week again :)
So I have almost read a 1000 comments under this video and I decided to try this workout for my self.I am 5'8 and 89 kg lol. I have decided to try this workout for 2 weeks first to see what difference it makes to my weight/body. and if I am satisfied and see this working I will continue it.I will update here so that I stay motivated. 11 June Day 1: Was fucking hard but did it with some modifications. Not expecting to see difference overnight or quickly. Also started eating better. 12 June Day 2: Lmao I was not expecting this but my weight dropped to 88.7 kg when I checked in the morning while yesterday it showed 89.5 at the same time.Body hurts but it's really bearable and I feel energetic and strong.Eating a low calorie and healthy fucking food because I really want to see a difference. 13 June Day 3: DIDN'T EXERCISE CAUSE OF ONLINE EXAMS UGH 14 June Day 4: 88.3 KG WORKED MY ASS OFF.I have also started intermittent fasting so I hope it gives my body a boost as well. It's hard tbh to keep up because it hurts and I stop sometimes and do modifications on 2 exercises.I just hope this time I keep it up and reach my first goal of getting to 79 kg in almost 2 months. 15 June Day 5: 88.1 KG I exercised at night even when I was so sleepy I did it and I am proud of me XD 16 June Day 6: 87.5 KG. Idk how it dropped like this today but maybe its because due to intermittent fasting I am eating less calories than before thou i dont feel weak or hungry so I think its ok. Also this motivated me so yeahh 17 June Day 7: 87.8 KG and last night i kinda ate some junk food so yeah i dont expect a drop in my wight, still did the workout today. The workout is getting a little easierand I am going to add an hour of walk too. 18 June Day 8:Skipped workout cuz had online testsss 19 June Day 9: 88.0
This is my first time doing this workout. My legs badly want to give up when i have to squat and jump. So i paused the video and take a little break. And i'm the type of person that can't bear too much heat so i tend to take rests when it gets too much
1st day: as someone who never move and leave my bed, my body gave up after the 10th exercise but i'll try again tomorrow. Wish me luck By the way here's a good weight loss guide if you're interested: FatFactory.xyz
It's my 2nd day of this workout. I'm really proud and positive about myself and I'm very glad I found this TH-cam channel! For everyone seeing this: START NOW
Loved this! Did a you tube search for HIIt workout for fat loss and this popped up. Just trying to tone and tighten after 4 kids, and a seperation. 2019 brings lots of change, and this felt really good!
So glad you found me Elizabeth!!! While exercise helps with fat loss, don't forget nutrition is key!! I'm so glad to have you here and so glad you found me!!! It sounds like you're off to a great start!!! I'm excited for your journey!
This was my first workout with you, and as someone with a heart condition I usually find these online workouts unmotivating and really really really tiring but yours was a great!! The exercises were spot on in terms of aerobic vs anaerobic. And I found you very motivating and supportive at the same time. THANK YOU so much, I will definitely continue with these !!!!
Since my gym is closed for 1 month due to the covid-19 and I can’t go without a workout daily! This is going to be my saving place!! These workouts are great!!
Workout was awesome, the sweating and breathing hard great...which is confirmation for burn fat. I love the encouraging words spoken at the end,of the video. I’m a mother of 5 and I want my body, health and esteem back for me, my husband and my family! Thank you!!!
This is my 1st 30mins HIIT in my life! I cant believe i completed all even though I'm slow 😂more than 6 yrs nvr exercise...my job more than 12hrs...ur channel is good for me! Thank you so much❤
due that pedemia all gyms closed and took my first ever Hiit lesson at home ! that was hard after a long break but sooooo good ! AND U SUPER POSITIVE THANKS.
Guys… I just finished this. And like… the movements seem so easy Ruby like I’m literally drenched in my 68 degree air conditioned apartment. I’m definitely a subscriber now. Really love how genuine she is too. I hate when workout videos talk too much and try to be too motivational. She’s just the right amount of motivational but also educational like little reminders through the workouts about form really help because naturally I get a little sloppy towards the end. Thank you so so so much!
sydney : happy new year i'm so happy you're here with me first day of 2019 while me watching 2 days ahead of 2021 : happy new year sydney for 2021 (in advance)
i have been doing aerobic exercise for the past month and needed a change came across this video and decided to give it a try. First day and this workout kicked my butt LOL. Feeling so good, love her energy, love her vibe. makes you want to keep going.
My 1st wo w you. I loved it. Im a SAHM and i have lost tone and gained some weight. So discovering your workouts now is a very exciting change. Im looking forward to more. My 3 words Commit Motivated Happy
Girl I LOVE your three words! Beautiful! I am so happy to have you working out with me! I post a new workout each day and this month I have uploaded a calendar of what the workouts will be each day, it is Motivation March! I hope you continue to crush it with me girl! Thank you for sweating with me today!
Oh my gosh! Thank you for an INTENSE workout! I am so proud of myself for never stopping and making it through this workout! I burned 270 calories! Can’t wait to do another one of your videos tomorrow! 💪🏻
Thank you. I really did not want to workout this morning but your encouragement pulled me through. So my three words are determined, grateful and hopeful! See you tomorrow!
This was a great workout! Straight to the point, timed intervals and visible where I can see the countdown, and 450 calories burned! Great stuff! Thanks for this!
When I first started I thought I was gonna die still have to do modified planks that was the hardest for me but my body is already changing I went down an entire pant size in a week 🤗 I'm excited
Commenting my progress for anyone who needs motivation to start! I started doing Sydney's workouts in Feb 2021 and since then I've lost about 2.5kg so don't give up!! I did this workout almost everyday, had a healthier diet plan, cut out snacks/sweet drinks which was really difficult but worth it. Don't beat yourself up if you feel like you're not making any progress because it takes time and everyone's body is different :)
This was my first workout with you! I loved it, I've been a fan of HIIT for a while but was in a slump for a bit trying to find workouts I actually enjoy! This is great and I'm so happy to have found you! Thank you :)
u know u r my fav trainer, no bullshit talk u do, very good and clean explanation of workout, i always try ur workout since over month u r amzing love u always
I did this workout today after sooo many months of not exercising. I'm 5 ft. and ~60kg. I'm lazy with working out but this video made me push through until I stopped at the last 6 min. mark because I felt nauseated. But that's okay for me, I did my 100% effort today like she said. I'm giving another 100% tomorrow. Good luck to all of us here and may we be physically and mentally healthy! Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅
Best workout I’ve ever done. This workout actually made me encourage myself and want to keep on going. The words of encouragement that sydney gave helped me a lot especially at the end when I thought about 3 positive words of myself. I felt so amazing completing the workout. Thank you for this video Sydney
Love the way you talk to people while working out so they can feel confident and finish it up! Great workout! I literally can't feel my legs and arms now lol
I have laid off for about 6 months because of packing and renovating the new apartment, finally I am back and had to go back to easier movements and thank you Sydney for all the various exercises and not leaving the seniors like me behind
This is my first workout with you and never had this much energy at the end of any other workout. Thank you for this video and keep sending this positive energy :)
First time working out with you and as you can see it’s almost 2 years after you posted this video. The world has changed but we’re still showing up. Still taking care of ourselves. Thanks for the workout and a positive attitude more than anything. Hope you are well :-)
September 27, 2023 did this one while on vacation, because I don’t have weights. Good sweat workout! Was cool to be a part of Sydney’s moment in the past of when she started jumping again. Thank you Sydney and Dustin!
April 3rd: 77.5kg
April 13th: 76.3kg
April 20th: 75.5kg (pre-pooping lmao, it matters!)
April 27th: 74.7kg - from april 20th to april 27th i did add chloe tings 10 minute ab workout 3 times! Definitely not chubby by any means, but im trynna look really snatched sis. I definitely still takes breaks when I do this HIIT workout, especially exercise 8/9 kill me, but ive started jumping and for some reason i actually find that a bit easier.
----------------------------------------------------
May 4th: 74.2kg - I did this work out 4 times this week and added chloe tings ab workout 4 times as well (absolutely dead at the end), expected a bit more weight loss to be honest.. but at least its going down.
-----------------------------------------------------
May 11th: 73.7kg - did the workout 3 times this week and added chloe tings ab workout twice. Ordered protein powders plus EGCG pills and caffeine pills (i hate coffee). Im curious to see how these will affect me in this journey. Should arrive in a few hours!
------------------------------------------------------
May 18th: 72.2kg (!) - wooo really surprised to see i lost 1.5kg in a week!! slowly diverting from this workout since i want to focus on some weighttraining too for my booty and doing this workout all the time gets boring.
-------------------------------------------------------
May 25th: 72.8kg... really confused as to how i gained weight. Really discouraging. I worked out 5 times. Maybe something was wrong with the scale last week, i did find 1.5kg weight loss oddly high. Anyway.. bummed.
-------------------------------------------------------
June 1st: 71.0Kg... im really confused as to what the fuck my body is doing.
--------------------------------------------------------
June 8th: 71.2Kg , as i expected; its definitely a journey yall lol. Once i reach that i'll bulk up with proteins and get that bootyyy mkay (which will mean i wont stay 64/65kg in the end obviously, i know)-
---------------------------------------------------------
June 15th: 69.5kg, YOU GUYS I DID IT *crying emoji*!!!! i reached my first goal of weighing below 70kg.
(vegetarian pls)
------------------------------------------------------------
June 23rd: 69.5kg, had a hectic day yesterday, so I couldnt post, sorry!
--------------------------------------------------------------
June 29th: 68.7kg i ''only'' worked out 3 times this week.
-----------------------------------------------------
july 6th: 69.4kg lord help me im going crazy, i worked out 4 times. I hope i will have dropped significantly next week, seems like a plateau ): GOD.
okay future me here: i decided to measure my lower belly circumference since im fluctuating that much. Seems like a good thing to know so i can compare. As of now te circumference is approx 83cm lower belly (the largest part of my belly)
-----------------------------------------------------
july 13th: 68.6kg so ive hit a plateau i think. Im going to take a break for a week and eat some more calories and exercise less to let my body know im not starving. Im also going to weigh myself everyday from now on. No update next week, as I should be weighing the same anyway. See you guys in 2 weeks :) x
------------------------------------------------------
july 27th: 67.5kg guys you DEFINITELY need to weigh yourself everyday, its much more accurate! Officially lost 10kg :)
---------------------------------------------------------
aug 3rd: 67kg :) , taking a one/two week rest from losing weight! My body feels really tired and its been quite some time of me being dedicated to this lifestyle. I need to give my body a little break. See you guys in a week or two!

Annalia Fabela glad it helped you! did u just start doing this workout? im definitely going vegan eventually, theres no reason not to go vegan and its the most ethical thing to do. Im already barely eating cheese at this point cause it just adds calories, and at some point i will take it out fully and go vegan for sure!
wow
weight fluctuates it's perfectly normal don't feel discouraged.
thank you so much for this! now i have a good reference

i didnt get a single ad the whole time
I don't know who needs to hear this, but last year I looked down these comments and wondered if this would work as a daily workout.
I lost 20kg+ in about 4/5 months of doing this at first every day and then 3/4 times a week.
I went from 93kg in May to 73kg by like September. It's hard lol but it'll work, you can do it!
EDIT: I'm now 67kg and still doing this video every so often!!
That's amazinggggg! Happy for you 🤗Also even I am trying to lose 5 - 10 kgs! Just a question, you tried only this workout? Or some other videos?
@@palakk.0410 thank you!😄
I mainly used this video but would sometimes swap it for a different 30 min HIIT video by another TH-camr that was a bit less intense if I was feeling a bit lazy but still wanted to exercise! I also tried the 40 minute cardio HIIT from this channel but 40 mins is a bit long for me so 30 was perfect!! Good luck with your weight loss!!😄
@@sfl98 Thank youu so much😄 I started doing this workout for more than a week now and even my mom can see the difference. Btw Thank you😄
Palak did u loose weight?? Keep us updated.
And simon did you keep the same food diet? Did you reach a plateau sometimes?
The comment I’ve been looking for thank uuuu
When she said 'Happy New Year' and '2019', I felt that in 2020.

Happy belated birthday!
started this workout yesterday, i love it! ill be using this for my 30 day weight loss challenge i started 5 days ago! im already down 5lbs! im a beginner and i was able to make it thru this workout completely, and dripping with sweat! "you see that sweat!? thats your fat crying!"
Awesome job!
Can you pls tell me what you ate the whole day
dont do it everyday and losing that much in 5 days is unhealthy
@@WiredPlugFaith Good point. I've dropped 4 pounds in two days once. All of it was bloatness and water weight lol
good job!!❤️
My first time here! The gym I go to is closed for 3 weeks due to the Coronavirus :( So here I am, LOVED this workout! Be back tomorrow!
I feel u girl, its also happening to me :(
Samee
Same here in Chile!!! I was doing pilates and Treadmill but I got bored and I don't know how I got here :) first routine today Loved it.
Great workout! I am a 5'7, 165lbs and workout daily. It was good to change it up but I only burned 250 calories and that was with holding weights. I don't think 450 calories in 30 minutes (especially if you aren't over weight or are already fit) is at all accurate.
@@charisecarter3358 wow your a very well built girl!!😍🏋️♀️💪
Update: lost 39 pounds going from 206-169 doing this workout mostly and a few more but mostly this and eating healthy in 4 months

Literally, these are the best workouts for at home. I’ve already lost 13 pounds since April 25th and my little 8 month old loves to watch me workout and she rolls around laughing watching me. I recommend this channel to all my friends.
How quickly did you lose 13 pounds?
@@its.kay.4205 since she started April 25th, let's say about a month or little more
Did you also eat differently, or was it only this workout once a day?
I started out with 63.5 kg
I did this workout with no diet ( except I ate only homemade food )
And after 2 weeks , 2 days my weight now is 60.6 .
Amazing workout !!
did you do any other exercises with it? and great progress btw, happy for you x

Thanks for posting this. I was debating between starting Chloe's program for the month or Sydney's.
@@valela17 no worries! I found Chloe’s too easy after a while even as a beginner, Sydney’s one is more of a challenge. It was a wrap once I found out Chloe isn’t a certified personal trainer- no offense intended.
@@f.m.m6706 Wow, this entire time I thought Chloe was certified. Well good to know! I appreciate the feedback!
I followed this for the first time today!! The beginning of every exercise was like "oh this is easy." And then 10 seconds later "OH SHIT"

This is my favorite and most repeated workout so one time we didn’t have internet connection and I was able to perform all the workouts by memory. 💪🏻😂
At the end of 30mins :
Sydney : Sweating a bit on the face
Me : Drowning in my own sweat lol
Lol!! Same 😂
That's what I'm talking about!
Same 😂... and now I can't move an inch after this workout
*¡FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS RESULTS! I WILL UPDATE EVERYDAY UNTIL I GIVE UP AGAIN* (probably 1 or 2 weeks)
Okay.. this is my first time doing any of her workouts, I'm usually a Chloe Ting girl but decided to switch things up.
Hopeful I have a whole transformation by the time I'm done with this🤞
*Current measurement:*
HEIGHT - 5'8/9
WEIGHT - 73kg
WAIST - 30.5 in.
I want my arms, back and legs to look more toned and I want to have rock hard abs with a v-line (v-lines on girls are too freaking sexc 🥵)

*DAY 1:* ✔️
-> Today I tried doing 'Pamela Reif's 20 mins full body workout' but I found it too advanced and felt really disappointed in myself because I kept taking breaks. I still finished it tho... But I'm not doing it again.
-> I ate a scotch egg, meat pie and a bit of rice for the day.
*DAY 2:* ✔️
-> Today I did 'Emi Wong's 30 mins full body fat burn HIIT'. It wasn't that hard maybe moderate but those squat holds and pulse were about to kill me 😓.
It honestly went by really fast. Afterwards I was surprised I'd been there for a whole 30mins
-> I got up really late, like at 15:00, so I only ate once today. I had a whole frozen pizza which is about 850 kcals and a few side things like onion rings, goujons and mozzarella sticks. SOOO not healthy I know😬 but it was like 1,200 kcals in total.
*DAY 3:* ✔️
Today, my arms and legs were hurting a little but not a lot. I did the 30mins Workout by Sydney Cummings. It wasn't that bad but it felt more like 30mins than yesterday's.
-> I woke up earlier today so I'm gonna eat twice. I̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶n̶k̶.̶.̶.̶ ̶C̶e̶r̶e̶a̶l̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶b̶r̶e̶a̶k̶f̶a̶s̶t̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶c̶h̶i̶p̶s̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶d̶i̶n̶n̶e̶r̶.̶
--Scratch that. I was held captive by Tiktok for about 2 hrs so only one meal today! I had cornflakes, scotch eggs again and some crackers.
*DAY 4:* ✔️
-> When I woke up today my back was hurting from yesterday but I can't even recall if I did back exercises.
*DAY 5:* ✔️
-> My body is still sore but I feel like I've gotten stronger, the exercises were easier and KNOW my stamina has improved.
-> Today I ate cornflakes for breakfast and rice for lunch
*DAY 6:* ✔️
*Day 7:* Rest day

*CHANGE OF PLANS*
Apparently it isn't good to do HIIT' workouts for 6 days straight so I'm gonna change my workout schedule.
*MON / WED / FRI :* The three HIIT workouts I was already doing
*TUE :* Abs
*THURS :* Legs & booty
*SAT :* Arms (with weights)
*SUN :*Rest day
Hopefully this is better. I'll be be back on Thursday which is a leg workout.

*DAY 8:* Resting
*Day 9:* ✔️
-> Today I did a 20 mins leg & booty workout. Leg workouts would probably be my second least favourite --right after cardio. I didn't finish any exercise fully but I did most of it.
*DAY 10:* ✔️
-> Today was the 40 minutes HIIT.... man I really hate cardio 😭😂
*DAY 11:* ✔️
->
that's amazing! keep it up u got this!
Also you can use a calorie deficit calculator on google if you’re still not sure, here’s a link for the calculator I used

i just turned 60. i was doing hiit workouts for 50 and up , i was not feeling challenged anymore. i tried yours today and i'm feeling very challenged!
Not going to lie, this is my first time trying it and it was difficult for someone as unfit as me!! But I will be trying this for the next one month and will update my progress and weight loss if any!! Goodluck everyone :)
Edit #1: Second day in and felt like giving up halfway through but honestly I feel a lil more motivated after seeing the drop in my weight!! Small steps go a long way!! Will update again!
Edit #2: Finally did the entire workout without any pause in between and I just want to compliment Sydney for being such a positive person bc it actually made it seem like she's right there w me and being a 10/10 workout buddy altho I almost wanted to give up :(
Edit #3: Managed to do the workout completely and it's getting better :) and i don't feel as nauseous/headache as the first time!!
Logan Price All the best!!! I’m sure you can do it, it gets better after a while! I love this video :)
Also I wanna keep you guys in the comment section updated,

So far when i look in the mirror i have been seeing my body toning up and shredding some fat bit hy bit It's been 7 weeks and man i must tell you i am feeling good, just looking at myself and seeing little changes. Thank you Sydney your workouts has been life changing. 🙏❤️
I haven’t worked out on years, and this one was hard to do. Not in hard in a difficult way, but hard to do continuously, especially for someone who barely workouts and is super unhealthy, but I can’t wait to get to the point where I can do the full thirty without stopping,
same here gal XD were cheering for you!!!
I have been folllowing this channel for the last 3 months and also working on my diet. I was 90 Kgs at my peak at 6 ft height. I have now managed to come down to 81 kgs and still working to get to the 75 kg mark,
Please tell us your diet
@@daviddupuis9847 Ok so it's nothing special. I have just cut down on sugary drinks and oily products. So no sodas or fries or crisps for the matter. In addition I kill the cravings with vegetable or mix salads
Doing this in January 2021. I’m so thrilled! Thank you, Sydney! All the love from Phillipines 😊🇵🇭
Excited. Proud. Accomplished.

An oldie but goodie!!! It doesn't matter how many times I do this one, I still sweat so much. ❤❤❤
I feel like I crushed this workout just as much as it crushed me.
sw: 110 lbs cgw: 106 lbs (height = 5'5)
28 june: trying this workout for the first time, if i like it i might incorporate it into my routine for a snatched summer body
This has helped me lose 26kg (about 60 pounds) in 7 months but I got lazy and stopped for 4 months. Thankfully I didn't gain a single pound back but now I'm ready to lose the remaining 20kg (around 40 pounds). This is still the workout I will use. I'll be back for a monthly update
December 8th, 2021 - 80kg
for context to those who don't have apple watches or stuff that actually track the calories you burn, i burned 228 calories. i'm 20, 5'2" and around 55kg
Thank youuuu I am also 20 but 5’2
I’m also 20 5’2” and 55kg 😳
i burned 202 calories, i’m 14, 5’6” and 115 lbs

Day 1: enjoyed this workout , I like most about this is it din’t hurt my knees. I am gonna stick it for 30 days
Update for the quarantine peeps?🥺
Sonali Desale Loved workout will be back
Sonali Desale results 🙄
Also my 2 year old enjoyed trying to jump and kick with us :)
Been thinking about your videos since I stopped. so so happy to have started again you're the absolute best!
Ahh thank you so much! I'm so glad to have you back!!! I hope you're feeling great and I wish you a great and easy remainder of your pregnancy!
This is my fourth night in a row doing this workout. Already my stomach is more flat and the bloating has come down a lot! Thanks for the amazing workout. Although I am a beginner I am able to complete this workout because the movements aren't difficult but yet efficient.
Great and fun to do an older Sydney workout now in Sept. 2023! Loved this no equipment workout. A great sweat! Thanks Sydney!
My first time here and honestly I was thinking crushed and defeated but not in a bad way I crushed this workout and defeated my mind when I kept thinking I should just pause the video and take a nap
It’s my first time watching her videos and I feel so proud of myself for actually finishing this workout.
Did this workout on Monday and OMG, I was drenched! Ive been subscribed for awhile but never got around to doing a workout. Decided to recently end my gym membership and go back to at home workouts and wow this was amazing. Looking forward to more. I've shared the video with all my workout friends.
The dislikes are from the people whose soul left their body during the donkey kicks.
Lol
Kkkkkkj
yeah! truest thing ever
Lol, very true
when you told us to find a spot in front of us to kick at, it was your face on the tv :) felt good to pretend I was getting you back for the pain I was in.
THIS IS MY FIRST TIME. AND I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF TO BE ABLE TO STAY HERE THIS WHOLE TIME.
Thank you!
did you lose weight fast?
Ht: 168 cm
Week 1: My weight is currently 66 kg.
Good luck pls do update in a week
Gargi Kulkarni UPDATE?
My first workout with her! Awesome!
She has an amazing vibe which unknowingly motivates you to get up and work on yourself for the better you 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Yeah you're right
Whew Chile, this workout had my fat crying like a baby, this was really needed, I enjoyed this workout, it was fun also!!!!
13 June Day 3: DIDN'T EXERCISE CAUSE OF ONLINE EXAMS UGH
14 June Day 4: 88.3 KG WORKED MY ASS OFF.I have also started intermittent fasting so I hope it gives my body a boost as well. It's hard tbh to keep up because it hurts and I stop sometimes and do modifications on 2 exercises.I just hope this time I keep it up and reach my first goal of getting to 79 kg in almost 2 months.
15 June Day 5: 88.1 KG I exercised at night even when I was so sleepy I did it and I am proud of me XD
16 June Day 6: 87.5 KG. Idk how it dropped like this today but maybe its because due to intermittent fasting I am eating less calories than before thou i dont feel weak or hungry so I think its ok. Also this motivated me so yeahh
17 June Day 7: 87.8 KG and last night i kinda ate some junk food so yeah i dont expect a drop in my wight, still did the workout today. The workout is getting a little easierand I am going to add an hour of walk too.
18 June Day 8:Skipped workout cuz had online testsss
19 June Day 9: 88.0
well I went down to 82 kgs when i didnt update. And then stopped my diet and workout 2 months and gained 4 kgs back.So rn i am starting it again!
Thanks!
This is my first time doing this workout. My legs badly want to give up when i have to squat and jump. So i paused the video and take a little break. And i'm the type of person that can't bear too much heat so i tend to take rests when it gets too much
This is not my first workout with you, BUT it is the first workout in 2019!, I love you and your workouts! Thanks for sharing with all of us!!
Love your workouts! You encourage but never waste time talking like so many other videos. Your stretching videos are the best too
I am doing this workout for about a month now, I can see changes in my body. Just keep on trying.
7 minutes into this work-out I felt my heart rate go crazy, I taught I was gonna pass out 😂
Mee too...i felt like dying
This is my 1st 30mins HIIT in my life! I cant believe i completed all even though I'm slow 😂more than 6 yrs nvr exercise...my job more than 12hrs...ur channel is good for me! Thank you so much❤
Yesssss I am SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!
I was so tired in the beginning but you feel so much better in the end and you’re proud of yourself for getting through the eorkout
this is my second workout with you and every time you get to talking about self confidence and positive thinking i well up
Luci Geromel true
due that pedemia all gyms closed and took my first ever Hiit lesson at home ! that was hard after a long break but sooooo good ! AND U SUPER POSITIVE THANKS.
how’s it going now?
Guys… I just finished this. And like… the movements seem so easy Ruby like I’m literally drenched in my 68 degree air conditioned apartment. I’m definitely a subscriber now.
Really love how genuine she is too. I hate when workout videos talk too much and try to be too motivational. She’s just the right amount of motivational but also educational like little reminders through the workouts about form really help because naturally I get a little sloppy towards the end.
Thank you so so so much!
sydney : happy new year i'm so happy you're here with me first day of 2019
while me watching 2 days ahead of 2021 : happy new year sydney for 2021 (in advance)

You burned 450 cals in 30 mins? 😱
Day 1 ✅
Day 2 ✅
Best workout I’ve ever done.
First time workout and during this stay at home Covid 19 craziness this was just what I needed to feel healthy and strong again , thanks !
1st workout with you!
I have done your program twice now, whew!!!! Love it!!! Thank you!
First time working out with you and as you can see it’s almost 2 years after you posted this video. The world has changed but we’re still showing up. Still taking care of ourselves. Thanks for the workout and a positive attitude more than anything. Hope you are well :-)
Everytime I do Sydneys routines, I swim in sweat and I feel soooo proud of myself for finishing it. Thank you Sydney
September 27, 2023 did this one while on vacation, because I don’t have weights. Good sweat workout! Was cool to be a part of Sydney’s moment in the past of when she started jumping again. Thank you Sydney and Dustin!
It's September 2023 and this workout still holds up well!
