When i put my turbo back together the blade on the exhaust is getting stuck and wont spin. Im lost, i took this turbo apart numerous times and cannot figure out why the blade gets stuck once the turbo is back together. Any ideas?

Has interference somewhere. I know you know that already but that’s all I can think of.

What kind of oil you used to lube rings and turbo?
