Thank you for this. At :38, this is what I've been experiencing on my '05 6.0. It's got 250k and will be doing a complete overhaul on engine tese next few weeks.
I am willing to guess that quite a few techs are not as meticulous as you are working on a turbo. I hope that kids who watch pay attention to how you pay attention to the little things. I feel that I might be repeating myself but, not too many content creators will show their mistakes. Great vid Tone
Nice job. On a side note I noticed you have an aftermarket a taller than stock oil filter cap. Best to get rid of that and inure that you are only using OEM filters s well
I have one with the EGR blocked with a plate, I don’t understand how it can even idle? I also have that under-boost code. This video is awesome btw👍🏻🇺🇸
It is always possible. Generally Sprinters will throw codes however I have seen them have low boost and no codes. If that hot side o ring fails and is leaking you will most likely have oil all underneath it indicating there is a leak there. It should be a green o ring, and if the resonator is not put on properly it will cause that o ring to tear and leak. Hit me up on Instagram if you need anymore help. Thank you for watching.
@ismaelcervantes3423 Well the parts are$20 if the nothing is wrong other then stuck turbo. Few hours to pull turbo out and 1.5 to take a part and clean it. Dollars wise in not sure depends on labor cost
To get down pipe out of the way, I put a ratchet strap on the exhaust to pull the entire exhaust back. Made install a breeze. Nice work!
Very nice, good to. Thank you for watching

Thank you very much, is the egr cooler still in place or removed and blocked off. Thanks for watching.
Is it possible for the hot side o ring on the turbo to go bad and not have any codes showing ?
