Mohamed Mimon Mohamed Great question! Are use both. I do calisthenics mostly, and when I use weights, they are going to be a kettle bell or and Indian swing club or dumbbells and sometimes a barbell. I very rarely go to a gym and do traditional gymExercises like squats rack or bench press or overhead pull downs or any machine. Are usually will do pu exercises like squat rack or bench press or overhead pull downs he for any machine. I usually do pull ups, lots of push-ups, lots of squats and jump squats and then use heavy sandbags and kettle bells to build muscle. I have good genetics for size for size, and don’t have to spend a lotI have time doing isolated bodybuilder type work out.
Now I usually use weights but im going to start with calisthenics and weights in 3 months, I do push UPS with weights and other exercise, 2 calisthenic exercises
