This property has me overwhelmed and somewhat at a loss for words. I can't believe how many buildings there are, and each one is cleaner than the next. Work shop?? I've eaten (unfortunately) in places that weren't half as nice. Besides the great views and wonderful outdoor spaces, I liked many of the small touches...like the radiator covers in the master bedroom. Nick, thank you for giving us this tour and thoroughly exploring the property! You've earned a vacation.

That opening "tease" LOL! love it nick! but that tease delivered! the grounds and view are already showstoppers but then, oh my, what follows!!! oh this is the lap of luxury :) years and years of tlc have gone into this jewel! what can i say? this place rocks! it's pure class... from room to room, house to house it is enchanting! the richness of the absolutely lovely stone and wood, the design so very easy on the eye how could anyone improve a thing? what more could one need? even the mechanicals are meticulous. oh goodness me - living here would feel like a year round vacation wouldn't it? i could totally get lost here and hope nobody would find or interrupt me LOL it thought you were going to reveal a quite higher price for this ideal property! good show friend!
The master bathroom is great. I have seen some really hideous bathrooms and kitchens from the late 70s-early 80s. Just awful stuff. That bathroom is really lovely and tasteful

Nick, me and my wife have been subscribed to your channel for quite a bit now, we enjoy so much what you do, we live in Las Vegas, Nevada, US. Our dream has always been to move to Tuscany, modest house, with some land . We love the expose stone, the wooden beams, the terracotta floors. Tuscany, Umbria, Cortona, all that area is just beautiful, but we can’t afford those states or huge houses, we would love to see you showing more affordable options if possible. If you will be able to do it or not, we either way want to thank you for what you do, for bringing such beautiful places to people like me at the other side of the ocean. I totally agree. Normally I agree with Nick’s assessment of these properties but the main house is screaming to be redone (especially the kitchen 😳). All the finishes need to be redone (is that laminate on the ceilings?) as well as the bathrooms. That said, the property on the outside is well maintained and the infrastructure (heat and air, etc) seems to be in good order . Price seems to reflect that they know the house needs updating. It would be fun to see someone buy it who could reimagine it. The guest houses add value as well

Hands down you provide the best overviews, descriptions and videos of these homes and properties on the internet. The history of the most of these properties is always truly amazing and your enthusiasm is infectious. Did I mention the history? Oh My!.... I am rethinking and pondering a summer home in Italy one day. One suggestion please. A simple aerial or drone shot might make it easier, at least for me, to see the relationship to the buildings and views and the property and the true beauty of these stunning homes.

Nick, good morning, friend. What a great find you have brought us and shared with us! This is a gem and a beautiful estate, so meticulous with so much attention to detail. I am coming to Rome on August 16th, where I will start my fun journey and end in Jordan. I'm moving to Italy in 2024, so I'm starting to look for homes all over Italy. This home is beautiful, but it requires a lot of maintenance to keep up with the garden, etc. I want to find a home where I can just move in and enjoy my life with minimal upkeep since I will be living for 6 months in Italy and 4 months in Lebanon. In America, one must be something, but in Italy one can simply be. 🇮🇹🍷❣️

That said, the property on the outside is well maintained and the infrastructure (heat and air, etc) seems to be in good order . Price seems to reflect that they know the house needs updating. It would be fun to see someone buy it who could reimagine it. The guest houses add value as well
Agreed completely. Outside is beautiful. Inside the main house- not so much. Needs to have some Italian rustic charm and it's just lacking.

Dream home. Very handsome interiors, but the outside layout and stonework make it fabulous to me. Stunning. [Thanks for showing the laundry room. I always worry about the laundry - I don't know why. Also there's probably and outdoor shower near the pool or the changing/pool house.]

Hands down you provide the best overviews, descriptions and videos of these homes and properties on the internet. The history of the most of these properties is always truly amazing and your enthusiasm is infectious. Did I mention the history? Oh My!.... I am rethinking and pondering a summer home in Italy one day. One suggestion please. A simple aerial or drone shot might make it easier, at least for me, to see the relationship to the buildings and views and the property and the true beauty of these stunning homes.

Nick, good morning, friend. What a great find you have brought us and shared with us! This is a gem and a beautiful estate, so meticulous with so much attention to detail. I am coming to Rome on August 16th, where I will start my fun journey and end in Jordan. I'm moving to Italy in 2024, so I'm starting to look for homes all over Italy. This home is beautiful, but it requires a lot of maintenance to keep up with the garden, etc. I want to find a home where I can just move in and enjoy my life with minimal upkeep since I will be living for 6 months in Italy and 4 months in Lebanon.
In America, one must be something, but in Italy one can simply be. 🇮🇹🍷❣️
