I like it... an oasis in the town, very private sunken patio/veranda with the birds singing and the running of the water. Plenty of space inside and with the potential for another suite downstairs. ONLY deal-breaker is if the cat doesn't come with the sale of the property! 😉😅❤✌🙏

I'm a Brazilian/American who always lived in homes with bidet, even here in the US where they are almost nonexistent. I can't live without it, as you said, it's a big NO to me as well. But if I were to invest in this charming property I'd replace the toilets with a combination bidet/toilet. There are several sofisticated models nowadays runing on warm water. Yay!!! 😄

Maybe in the future do some research before hurling insults? The presentation obviously took some work to put together and some of us appreciate it. Come down people, no need to be angry. Federico did a great job showing this gem of a property, just failed to display the value. No big deal...
