Nice review. The form a funnel rebranding is a steal. They are so handy. I see the long shank impact is good as well. I still have my MAC 5/16 -7/8 ratcheting wrenches from 20+ years ago, of course this set is retired now, so adding up to 1 1/4" ratcheting I'm good with that. For the new techs the MAC 1/4" ratcheting screwdriver set used to be $99 on promo few years back, buy them now and save $$ in the future, then just buy the 77 piece RBRT bit set to add on when they go back on promo, then you will have double bits, for when you drop one and can't find it. Happy 4th, everyone. Stay safe and stay cool.
I believe I already have that 1/4" bit set, or at least an older version of it... but the 1/8" might almost make it worth buying the bundle and just trying to sell the one set. Agreed 100% on the depstech (and some others) borescopes being the way to go. Good camera quality and an unbeatable price. I just wish the model I bought had a shorter cable.
Thanks for the video. , You're correct on the bag of pliers. The locking plier deals are ok but this assortment leaves a lot to be desired even for those addicted to Chinesium
Pliers set would be alright for someone needing pliers. I e been eyeing that locking 1/4 extension set but nothing else there I need. Might see if someone else will split it with me.
I can't agree with you more those pliers aren't the greatest. Fine if you are just starting out I guess. Be careful Mr CP I don't want to get a video notification saying Mr CP is in the hospital because he swallowed his flashlight 😂. That slack adjuster tool is getting less revelivent by the day. I guess we all have tools from the past. God knows that things have to change or no one would need anymore tools. Lol. Anyway ty for the video. I love it. The fact I see this before my dealer sees it is kinda cool. At least that's what he says 😂👍🇨🇦🔧
Hello CP & SUNNY: THANK you for this Mac tool video. I love how these tool trucks are pushing foreign tools instead of American tools that made this country what it use to be. How is SUNNY doing we haven't seen her in a long time ??? God Bless CP, SUNNY, & GOD BLESS AMERICA. TMP from N.J.
@@gtcam723 Hello sir. I completely understand where you are comming from. I do things old school as I've been turning wrenches for 63 years & started with nothing. Not one person ever helped me in anything I've ever done in my life. At 8 years old when I came home with my first SK 3/8 drive entry level socket set my father called me a stupid ass Ole. I built 2 businesses & not a sole calls me an as hole any more. I've learned that your tools are your future & your money. Take care & happy 4th. TMP from N.J 👍.
@@thomasperina2990 the old SK stuff is neat. It’s sad that current SK is largely made overseas though it sounds like they’re trying to bring more back to the US. I think another thing that’s changed between then and now, is the vast array of tools needed in some fields. It just isn’t nearly as simple as it once was. Have a great Independence Date sir.
@@gtcam723 Thank you for your kind response. The old SK ( American made ) were ok until they fail. That original socket set ratchet failed & caused me a serious hand injury. When I brought the rat het back in pieces to 3 authorized dealers none of them would honor the warrenty. Same went for Crapsman. This new Crapsman tool didn't last minutes when it failed. Again Crapsman refused to warrenty the tool even after purchasing many thousands of dollars 💸 worth of tools. Sir I learned my lesson quickly. Now I only buy Snap On. Yes it's a lot but I never get any grief when I have an issue. This past months I had a ratchet ( my first Snap On tool ) that was well over 58 years old & I didn't like the backdrag & the noise comming from it. I demonstrated my issue to my dealer ,& no problem he replaced it NO QUESTIONS ASKED. My tool collection is vast & the kids these days don't know how to use the tools properly let alone what a line wrench is. All these kids know is what the scanner says but they don't even want to hear about diag & the proper way to perform a task. God Bless & please stay safe 🙏. TMP from N.J. 👍.
I agree, i was saying the inexpensive mac pliers set was more on par with quinn line, the icons are way better followed up by doyle. yes you are correct.@@bigfootandbananaman4746
The 3" cut off tool is a game changer. Its my go-to cutting tool.
Nice thanks for sharing

Always a good day when a new Mr CP video drops 😂👍🇨🇦🔧
Enjoy!
I've used the heck out of the bore scope on the right that i got from cornwell. It's been fantastic for me
Incredible video brother. Thanks for sharing. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible night. Much love and RESPECT brother
Much appreciated
I’m kinda tempted to get the plier set to keep in my truck for work around the farm.
Not a bad idea
Ya know, it would be interesting to compare THOSE pliers to the Icon.

People frequently either don’t want to or can’t afford to spend the money for the US stuff.
Everyone is pushing them thomas it's sad, but people don't value usa made tools anymore. Sunny is wonderful she's keeping me very busy lol

Plier set is good for an apprentice but certainly not a true tool connoisseur 🧐 Maybe if you need another backup set though 😈
I have this set. Don’t use them. I’d rather have one snap on one than this whole set
Thanks cp
Yooooooo!!!!!! Cp!!!!!! Hope you have a great day!!!!!
Same to you
Thank you cp

How do I get to your community page?
Just look for the community tab
You seem to dog on those plier sets every time there on the fliers. What similar sets would you recommend?
I'd buy channel lock if I was looking to save some money.
@@CPthetooladdict I’m looking for what you would purchase. And go off of that.

Not really the icon and Doyle are a lot nicer
