Srta. PLEASE🙏🌹🎎
Thank you for sharing your kind words and thoughts. Once I learned how to do it, I would love to make the information available in different languages including Spanish. 😊🙏
Ah, this must be a recent addition..... definitely haven't seen this one before. I enjoyed following you and look forward to improving over the next few weeks. For those 6 minutes its like we're together; beautiful
Thank you for practicing with me. Let the energy travel from the earth into your feet and to the lower Dan Tian, spine, shoulders, arms and out to your finger tips. Observe your breath. 👍
Peng- keeping the frame, setting the boundary, maintaining the structure Lu- attaching and redirecting Ji- soaking up the space and pressing in An- neutralizing, controlling and sinking down And there is a secret signature, a very tiny coil embedded in the end of the Lu, which has no martial significance. It’s just a secret signature for our particular lineage. It’s like a secret handshake 😆
Thank you for sharing your practice journey with me. I am currently creating a Taichi Walk video that is ideal for beginners and will share it soon. Stay tuned!
Buongiorno Vivien, si il solito rompi. Scherzo.
Thank you for sharing! Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to learn from numerous exceptional teachers, each with their unique approach. As I continue to evolve, I am grateful for the invaluable insights they have imparted to me. When it comes to theory, Dr. Jwing Ming Yang and Dr. Jesse Tsao's books are highly recommended. These two outstanding individuals have been my mentors, and I hold them in high esteem. I've had the privilege of learning from exceptional instructors, and there are many additional teachers and styles I have yet to encounter. As a result, I may not be the most qualified to compare styles. Regarding the position of my hands in Taijiquan, I visualize myself fighting against an imaginary opponent. Each technique has a particular fighting application, and it's possible that the points of contact might not always be in the lower Dan Tian region. While I'm uncertain if I've adequately addressed your question, I've found that Taijiquan practice is a voyage of self-discovery. The more attentively I practice, the more transformation and evolution I experience. Thank you for taking the time to share, and may you find joy in this journey!
You are very welcome Giorgio! There is a disciple of Dr. Yang lives in the region of Bari. You might be able to find him if you search YMAA Italy. I will put out more videos when I have the time carved out. Thank you for your support and encouragement. Happy journeys!
A presto😊❤

Thank you!
@@VivienChaoTaichiQigong But I never saw "grasp the bird's tail" movement done in this way on youtube. Could you explain why do you do it like that?
Peng- keeping the frame, setting the boundary, maintaining the structure
Lu- attaching and redirecting
Ji- soaking up the space and pressing in
An- neutralizing, controlling and sinking down
And there is a secret signature, a very tiny coil embedded in the end of the Lu, which has no martial significance. It’s just a secret signature for our particular lineage. It’s like a secret handshake 😆
@@VivienChaoTaichiQigong I see! Thank you for explanation!
