  • 5 Minutes Daily Morning Routine: Spinal Wave Moving Meditation
    Benefits:
    - Dan Tian (丹田) energy cultivation
    - San Jiao (三焦) energy balancing
    - Releasing stress from the spine
    - Activating the energy flow in Conception Vessel (任脈 Ren Mai) and Governing Vessel (督脈 Du Mai)
    - Opening the Ming Men (Door of Life) Cavity (命門)
    - Relieving lower back pain
    - Quieting the mind
    Details:
    Close your eyes and place your awareness in the lower Dan Tian (which is located in the lower abdomen), your center of gravity and the seat of your internal Qi.
    Bring your hands to the lower Dan Tian and just watch your breaths.
    Inhale into the lower Dan Tian.
    As you inhale, notice the energy flow runs from the perineum up the center line of the back, around the top of the head, down the nose and to the upper lip.
    Let the tip of your tongue gently touch the roof of your mouth.
    As you exhale, notice the energy flow runs from the chin down the center line of the torso, all the way to the perineum.
    Moving your energy in this continuous loop - Micro Cosmic Orbit.

    I've been doing this everyday for the last few weeks and I notice it's easier to visualize and feel the energy moving through my body. I think it's a very important exercise, thank you, it's part of my daily routine!! Sorry I missed your live stream today, It looks great! I will meditate with it tomorrow morning!

      Isn’t white crane qigong beautiful? (You can find spinal waves in soft white crane qigong too!       In the beginning, my attention stayed in the lower Dan Tian (下丹田) and physically put some effort into opening the Door of Life (命門)。After practicing for a while, your mind will start following Governing Vessel (督脈) going up to 百會, and then going down following Conception Vessel (任脈) to 下丹田,會陰,命門 and keep going with this close loop. (小周天)

    if you have deep muscle tension like me, don't be surprised if there is muscle tremors or aching at first as blood goes into areas that haven't had as much for a while.

    Thank you very much, this looks strange weird movement in a special style which you doing it, have made miraculous effect to my low back spine hernia 😲 I can not understand, after my first fulfill of this exercise, on the next day I noted I can bend above bath without pain 😮 and on the second day I felt is no need to massage my left butt and low back before sleep for reducing a pain. In general, doing this exercise feels like moving energy between a top and low part of my body, is it truth ? Can you share, what do you feel doing it ?
