    Hello , can you do a earth pipe heat exchanger Analysis ?
    A pipe is buried under the ground , for given inlet velocity and temperature at inlet we have to analyze the temperature distribution along the pipe. It also has the bend twice as you've shown !

    Why didn’t you model the pipe geometry outside the fluid domain? Isn't it necessary?
    What if I want to add heat to my pipe flow, can I also simulate that without outside pipe geometry?

    Hello, so i've been following this tutorial exactly as shown in the video, however, when it comes to the point of doing the sweep it doesn´t work properly, perhaps i'm doing something wrong, i select the profile and the path like you do but it doesn't make the sweep right
    I'd love if you could help me with this problem.
    Thank you very much in advance

      Hello Jose, Check the 2D curve you have created, it might not be linked with each other or there might be gap, zoom in and check near the joints for straight line and arc, if the curve is ok , then check whether there is any point or line on the profile curve. Check and comment if problem get solved or not.

    Hello sir ! I am confused on when and why to use fill option from tools in geometry ?

    • @AnsysTutor
      @AnsysTutor  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Fill option is to create the internal domain of any passage , its a just geometry creation tool, it dont affects the solution.

    Are your z and x velocities auto generated in the initialization stage, or have you manually put them in? If so, how did you calculate them?

    • @AnsysTutor
      @AnsysTutor  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      These were auto generated by the solver according to the inlet velocity data.

      You can create the planes using there coordinates. Alternatively you can use the animation tool to observe all the contours along any domain.
